ESTAFA!!! Me mandaron un correo que había un problema con la forma de pago que tenía 24horas para solucionarlo o no se confirmaba la reserva. NO LA CONFIRME, no fui al hotel, y aún así me han cobrado la estancia, me la han cobrado desde la forma de pago que decían que tenía problemas. ME HAN COBRADO POR NO CANCELAR ALGO QUE NO ME CONFIRMARON. REPITO, VAYA ESTAFA. NO RESERVÉIS NUNCA AQUÍ

Una semana muy buena la verdad, el desayuno es de tipo buffet con una gran variedad de comida. El restaurante es de calidad asi que no es necesario salir a comer fuera. Eso si, a veces hay un poco de ruido

I enjoyed my stay

Hotel muy moderno recién reformado. Muy buena ubicación a 5 minutos de la Medina y de fácil acceso si vas en coche. Camas muy cómodas.

L'hotel est propre moderne et bien situé. Le petit dej est bien mais le jus d'orange n'est pas naturel. Le soir nous avons essayé le restaurant les plats sont corrects mais d'un mauvais rapport qualité prix.

The hotel is in the center of town with short walks to the Medina and bus station. The rooms were clean and modern. The staff were extremely helpful. The nightly rate was about a third of the rate of a comparable hotel in the EU. Excellent!

All good except for a few minor inconvenienced such as lack of flip flops, wifi not working and the response we got from the reception ( female)

Hôtel moderne et confortable, bien situé non loin de la médina. Restaurant agréable et prix compétitifs. Chambre à la décoration actuelle et salle de bain fonctionnelle.

Un hotel espléndido, magistralmente dirigido. Las vistas desde la habitación eran magníficas, un regalo contemplar, desde la cama el esplendor de la Medina. Todo el personal del hotel es extremadamente amable y servicial. El desayuno es abundante y eso a pesar de encontrarnos en pleno Ramadam. En el restaurante hemos podido degustar, entre otras exquisiteces de la cocina marroquí, el mejor Tajine de Boeuf que jamás habíamos comido después de treinta años viajando a este maravilloso país. Mi más sincera enhorabuena a su Director General, el Señor Tarik Hantout, por haber sabido trasmitir a su personal su filosofía de atención al cliente.

As a non-married and non-Moroccan couple traveling through Morocco, we decided to stay here while stopping in Tetouan. We were accosted by the front desk and hotel manager about our marriage status, which is none of their business. They said because my boyfriend is Arab that it’s against the law, which is absolutely wrong. He told us to go to the police station, but when we argued back, he himself called police, who confirmed that we were correct. He then refused to apologize and continued to say he was right, which made zero sense. It completely soured our stay in Tetouan and we felt extremely uncomfortable at the property. The staff should be ashamed of themselves for their demeanor and attitude towards their perception of “non-Westerners.” Everyone should be treated equally and with respect.

Very close to all the places you would want to visit, walking distance to most. Area is safe and local friendly and helpful. Hotel staff very helpful, great breakfast. A little noisy at night both in and out but not a deal breaker. Bathroom could use a little bleach to kill the mildew in the shower bit again, not a deal breaker.
