Dirty, the carpet was dirty, the mattress had stains on, the bathroom door was broken and there was a musky smell to the room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and certainly won't be returning.

It's a good place for the price and it is easy to come and go as you please. It's close to South pier, on the tram route into Central Blackpool and bus routes to Blackpool and Lytham and Blackpool South railway station for Preston and beyond. Fairly quiet and there are nearby facilities.

+ Great location close to Pleasure Beach + Clean and comfortable little room + The owner was helpful and friendly + Plenty of storage space + Great value for money - shower was very limescaled and needs replacing - would have liked 2 pillows each, only 1 each and quite flat - a hand towel would be useful - no spoon to stir drinks

Absolutely thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Meant to be just one night and booked again for night after. Went above and beyond super hosts. Would definitely go back and stay again.

Bed was super comfy slept well whole trip. The stairs are a bit difficult to climb especially after a long day but all and it's a not bad wee place to stay for your time there. Cosy home feeling it gives while on your holiday.

Sara and rob were lovely owners and very welcoming place was clean and across road from pleasure beach we will be booking back in

Firstly the hosts Rob and Sara are lovely but room 2 was like climbing Mount Everest to get in and out of room 2 via two staircases Antisocial families stay at this property and carry open bottles of vodka and make noise and clash doors until 3 am in the morning whilst letting their wild children run riot . Lower hallway to the staircase is blocked with children’s buggies and prams making access to the staircase impossible, added to this children having temper tantrums while’s the drunken adult parents did zero

I enjoyed my stay, one of the owners Rob was very polite and nothing is no trouble for him to get you what you need. Check in was really straight forward. The room was perfect. Bed was very comfy. I would stay here again as i had a fantastic stay.

Staff were welcoming on arrival and the room was clean and comfortable.

100 % happy with our stay No issues with hotel for the price paid Clean warm room Comfy bed Street parking was residents only I have stayed at other hotels that offered visitor street parking passes. If this was possible here it would be even better
