Location perfect near where it all happens and still quite. Room small but it was clean, bed was comfortable and shower had good pressure, rain shower and hand nozzle which as a plus size person it was perfect. Near the Opera metro stop

Si habia muchas tiendas cerca. La habitacion siempre se arregla en las mañanas. El personal fue muy atento a las necesidades de huesped.

You cannot enter without having a code and you won't be given a code until you check in. I am not sure what the management is thinking in terms of how guests can check in without getting inside! Other than this problem the stay is very good and very close to all major attractions. Hotel is maintained exceptionally well.

Uno de los mejores hostales en los que me he quedado. Súper limpio, conveniente, acogedor y amplio. El desayuno a mi parecer aún puede mejorar, pero en general bien. 10/10

Rooms are perfect, nice and clean, big shower. Hotel is at the very center, only 5 min from walking street with a lot of shops. 2 min from a small store open 24/7. Staff, they are just there, more interested in the computer than in you. But still a perfect hotel

La calefacción en la habitación estaba constantemente alta. La apagué y seguía así. Hacía 27,5 grados cuando llegué. Mi control de climatización en la hab 9 podía controlar cuatro habitaciones, y si apagaba la calefacción de las demás, esta se apagaba por completo. Sin embargo, las demás habitaciones la volvían a encender, sin saber que no les llegaba a ellas, sino a mí. No deberíamos poder controlar en absoluto el clima de otras habitaciones. Tuve que abrir la ventana y apagar la hab 11 constantemente para refrescarla un poco. Envié un mensaje por WhatsApp y un empleado muy amable vino a revisarla, confirmó que no podía hacer nada, ya que no es técnico, y dijo que no había habitaciones disponibles para cambiarme. En ese momento era casi medianoche y tenía que despertarme a las 7 de la mañana, así que no podía cambiar de hotel. Me dijo que solo podía dormir con la ventana abierta. Esa noche llovía, y tengo el sueño muy ligero. Reservé este hotel en particular porque decía habitaciones insonorizadas, pero tuve que escuchar la lluvia y el ruido del patio interior, como el de los aires acondicionados encendiéndose y apagándose toda la noche. Aun así, me desperté sudando y deshidratado porque las personas de las otras habitaciones calentaban la mía sin querer. No deberían alquilar la habitación 9 hasta que se resuelva esto. Imagínense si fuera mayor y sensible al clima, esa habitación sería peligrosa. Por lo demás, el hotel estaba bien; quería darle 5 estrellas, especialmente el

Terrible breakfast offerings, bathroom emits a bad smell nonstop, sink had almost zero water pressure, bed is very hard, room has a temperature gauge but doesn’t work and room never goes below 20c. The only good thing is the location.

Oda çok temiz. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü. Otel merkeze çok yakın. En önemli turistik merkezlerin bir çoğuna yürüyerek gidilebiliyor. Diğerleri için ise metro durağı çok yakın. Gayet memnun kaldık.

De kamer is schoon en het is heel vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is echter pas vanaf 8.30 uur met heel weinig ruimte (2 tafeltjes) waardoor er lang niet voor iedereen een zitplaats is. Ik vind dat helaas een groot minpunt
