O apartamento era super novo, bem cuidado e confortável. Roupas de cama, toalhas e travesseiros ótimos! Pequenas sugestões de melhorias: a água do box vazava para o restante do banheiro e smart TV. Há poucas quadras da estação Atocha e do museu Reuna Sofia. Muitas opções de bares e restaurantes, além de ser próximo a estação Embajadores.

The room is spacious! The people are nice and easily accessible via text from Sonder app. The location is also great near wonderful museums and restaurants. Still need work on cleaning service availability and access to extra supplies such as towels.

Spotlessly clean & well appointed apartment. Our request for assistance with washer/driver had a nice young man at our door 5 minutes later, providing clear instructions.

Brand new property, walking distance to museums. Dining nearby. Metro at the corner.

The transportation is easy. Many choices of eating places. The cooking part in the room made me nervous, the alarm starts when you are in the middle of cooking. I experienced it the first day and my last day with the neighboring room, we need to evacuate but no sense of what was going on. Need to change the cooking system.

We had a very enjoyable stay with Sonder Sofia, the staff were incredibly helpful and responsive, especially during the national power cut, we were well taken care of. It's very close to metro Embajadores which is a quick tube ride to the Caja Magica if you are going to see the tennis or going to tourist attractions.

The hotel is very clean and safe, it has everything you need. The only thing bothered me was the noises from the street and the elevator, because my room is right close it.

O hotel funciona no conceito self checkin. Isso dificulta um pouco a chegada, pois você realmente só consegue entrar no quarto no horário das 16h. Se quiser entrar antes tem que pagar uma taxa. Geralmente em hotéis "comuns" se há quartos eles liberam. Mas, eles oferecem alguns lockers no saguão. Poderiam oferecer um banheiro também para quem chega com malas, até abrir o checkin. Senti falta disso. O quarto é bem amplo, com microondas, geladeira, fogão, utensílios básicos. bem equipado. A cama excelente, ar condicionado novinho, sem barulho. As amenities do banheiro eram top de linha, da Davines. No geral o hotel é muito bom, mas fiquei em quarto no primeiro andar, muito barulho. A limpeza é feita sob pedido e paga à parte. Eles dizem ter um armário com itens básicos, mas tive que pedir à faxineira mais papel higiênico, pois não era reposto no armário. A localização é ótima, pertinho da estação Embajadores, com mercado do lado e muitas opções de transporte público. Eu gostei muito do modelo e recursos, pude lavar algumas roupas, o que ajuda muito em viagens mais longas. A limpeza do quarto e dos utensílios estava muito acima do esperado. Foi uma estadia excelente, certamente retornarei.

Estuve 3 semanas en Europa y sin duda este fue mi hospedaje favorito, la limpieza impecable, instrucciones inmediatas vía WhatsApp y muy bien ubicado, además el servicio de lavadora se agradece y la amplitud del cuarto

What I like the most was specious room, very comfortable, nice residential location far from the crowds but close to city center and very walkable.

Uitstekend hotel. Mooie, ruime kamer. Was niet duidelijk dat er geen receptie was. In 1 week gratis 1x schoongemaakt en nieuwe handdoeken. Meer wel mogelijk, maar kost geld. En een tip: vervang de handgrepen op de kasten en apparaten opdat je die makkelijker kunt openen.

Very close to train station, and surprisingly quiet despite lical traffic. Breakfast is excellent with many options including fresh eggs cooked to order plus freshly squeezed orange juice (machine)

It's a human-less experience. There is also no housekeeping. Couldn't find the towels at lobby either. I went into a door that says employees only and good thing there were someone in to give me some towels for my second day.

La verdad que el trato fue muy bueno, hay fácil comunicación con ellos y están al pendiente por si te falta algo. Agradezco muchísimo lo que hicieron por mí y definitivamente volvería. Gracias 🙏 Se duerme a gusto, hay una tienda a lado si necesitas algo, a pie puedes visitar varios sitios.

Conveniently located near the Embajadores Metro Station, and next door to a large grocery retailer. The rooms include all amenities required for a long-stay, including washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, etc.
