The room was clean but especially the bed sheets and the towels had a bit of stain. It was obvious that they were freshly washed but they were used too much that they had stains. The location was perfect, near to many metro stations and also walking distance to Cibeles and right at the heart of Grand via. My main problem was, my room had a window overlooking to the "central void" of the building. At night, since it was raining the rain drops were falling on the metal pipes and it was quite noisy! The staff was friendly and helpful about my luggage.

Quarto bem novo e super limpo. Excelente localização, apesar de estar na Gran Via, era um quarto bastante silencioso.

Me gustó mucho, pienso volver a Madrid y quedarme nuevamente aquí, a mínimos metros de la estación gran vía ideal para llegar e irte al aeropuerto el metro Además caminar por toda la gran vía. El cuarto es de buen tamaño ni muy grande ni pequeño.

The hotel is great. Staff is friendly. Beautiful location.

Tiny bathroom, no curbside car service , very noisy street even at night . Also when booking through Expedia it said nothing about this being a Hostel. I never stay in Hostels.
