Facilidades para la hora de entrada, muy amables. Habitación amplísima y entorno precioso.

Really dislike shared bath room and toilets. The description does not explicitly state shares toilets. Wouldn't have booked it had we known. Also bang on the airport flight path so very noisy in the morning as they're all taking off every couple of minutes.

We were there for the Europa league final which meant we needed cheaper basic accommodation This was perfect Simple and effective

Clean room and good shower but no towel on 1st night

Issues contacting the hotel before arrival, the phone number does not work and the emails sent are ignored. Threatened to cancel the room on the evening of arrival as they claimed they couldnt take the payment from a visa card even though my bank showed no declined transactions. Overall the stay was ok for my colleagues the walls are paper thin and its more of a hostel than a hotel. Just be careful if you have any problems and need to contact the hotel directly. Great location and reasonable food and drink nearby

Très bien situé pour visiter Bilbao, tout en étant au calme, adapté aux enfants, très bon rapport qualité prix, propre, bien équipé, personnel présent et disponible

Habitacion muy cómoda y limpia. Las camas y almohadas muy confortables

Magnifica la atencion. Las habitaciones confortables.Limmpieza muy buena. El entorno idílico. Pero en ningun momento se nos informó al hacer la reserva q las habitaciones no tenian baño privado. No sabiamos que teniamos que conpartir lavabo. Esto ha sido muy molesto. Ha hecho que niestra estancia no sea del todo que esparabamos. La verdad que al llegar fue una sorpresa no muy agradable. Esta informacion se tenia q haber informado al hacer la reserva
