The place was well updated and surprisingly quiet at night, despite being in the middle of a busy area. The breakfast was fantastic—definitely worth the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. I’d gladly stay here again!

Great spot for my travel needs. Everything I needed onsite. Restaurant pool sauna bar. Great atmosphere friendly staff.

Très belle chambre et sdb, cadre de l hôtel dans une gare top, la personne de l acceuil parle français. Par contre fort bruit extérieurs espace régulier provenant de la voie ferrée

Todo estuvo muy bien, ninguna queja por mi parte.

Problème de bruit durant toute la nuit venant d un conduit de grosse ventilation, au 2em étage, de la RENFE. Problème signalé à l'accueil de l hôtel. Lors de nos précédents séjours aucun problème de ce type.

Très bon hôtel. Les chambres sont jolies et agréables. Il y a un espace commun avec des fauteuils des tables et des chaises et de quoi prendre 24 heures sur 24 un petit café ou un thé et une petite collation fruit gâteau et bonbons sont à disposition. Personnel très agréable. 30 minutes de spa offert. Et le petit-déjeuner était vraiment super avec du pain tomates, charcuterie, fromage, viennoiserie... Vraiment super je reviendrai avec plaisir

Spa, inaccessible … Et j’ai dû partir à 10h du matin, au lieu de midi, … L’heure d’arrivée était la bonne, mais l’heure de départ ne correspondait pas à ce qu’il y avait sur votre site dont j’étais vraiment mécontente de cet hôtel. Je ne le recommanderais à personne.

Ubicado en el mismo edificio de la estación de tren de Puigcerdà. Registro de entrada rápido. Habitación preciosa, en el segundo piso con vigas de acero vistas. Hay que tener cuidado con la cabeza al moverse pero nada grave. Cama comodisima. Todo limpio. Hay que cerrar con llave la puerta de la habitación. Agua, fruta y magdalenas en self Service gratuitamente.

The room was more than comfortable but the online photos made it look better than it was, that said I can’t fault it really. We had a room at the back of the hotel and there are industrial units that seem to have large air con units on all night. It was fine if we shut the window. The staff were amazing and the breakfast good. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom large and clean. I was just expecting a bit more for the price we paid.

Beautiful renovation of a train station ! The hotel is modern, slick and very stylish. The staff was super nice. The breakfast was excellent with lots of cheeses and sausage (fouet) croissants and good breads. They even have gluten free options. We really enjoyed our overnight stay.
