The Palace was originally built in the late 14th Century. The owners have done a wonderful job adding modern amenities while keeping the building authentic.

Personnel à l'écoute. Cadre traditionnel très agréable. petit déjeuner copieux. Situation de l'Hôtel très accessible.

Tout est parfait. Le cadre chargé d’histoire est superbement décoré et entretenu. Une propreté irréprochable ! À refaire !

We found the evening meal excellent and very good value.

Habitación limpia. Colchón muy cómodo. Personal atento, pero escaso. Desayuno buffet, lo justo para ser aceptable, teniendo en cuenta que no hay opciones alrededor. Pero el dato más importante es que está muy a desmano si lo que vas es un fin de semana a conocer la ciudad.

The hotel was lovely we had chosen it because the restaurant had been recommended and we did not want to travel off site for our evening meal. Unbeknownst to us there was a wedding at the property and the restaurant was closed. Had we known this in advance r we would have organised something else. Fortunately the wedding finished at 9.30 but we were very disappointed about not having a meal.

Nice room in old building, a/c just about coped with 38c outside. Decent breakfast and reasonably priced dinner (onsite restaurant was not open when we stayed). Location is ok but it was a drive or bus to get into the city. The nice Salburua nature reserve can be accessed close by with good walking/birding and cycling.

Me encantó el hotel , muy acogedor y muy bien cuidado. Limpieza excepcional, cama cómoda, habitaciones espaciosas. La única pega es que no están del todo insonorizadas , pero imagino que no se podrá hacer mayor reforma por la antigüedad del edificio. Rubén fue muy agradable y muy atento.

Good reasonably priced hotel. We had a car so it was fine to move about. You’re quite far out if the city centre. The hotel is quite dark -as old places often are.

Interesting place if you fancy a change. Breakfast was excellent.

Siempre me ha gustado quedarme ahi, pero resulta fatal que por la mañana no puedas tomar un cafe y bolleria sin pagar el bufett...

Llegamos de noche con mal tiempo.Hubiera sido de agradecer un cartel fuera indicando donde estaba la recepción ,pero nos acogieron muy bien .Habitacion con cuarto de baño amplio,muy cómoda y todo muy limpio
