Muy bien ubicado

We loved this hotel in a magical village & setting. Breakfast buffet was truly outstanding. Very kind & hospitable staff. Highly recommend!

Un hotel con una buena ubicación. El servicio y la estancia en general ha sido un 10. Sin duda repetiremos.

La habitación espaciosa, limpia y cómoda. El trato del personal impecable. El desayuno buffet una maravilla. Todo fresco y de buena calidad. Un lugar para repetir.

El hotel está situado de manera perfecta en el centro de Cangas de Onís y el aparcamiento por la zona no es complicado en absoluto. Las habitaciones económicas son algo pequeñas pero tampoco agobian. El baño está genial eso sí. Por desgracia el gran problema de este hotel es la inexistente insonorización. Se escucha perfectamente lo que hacen o dejan de hacer las habitaciones contiguas e incluso las del otro lado del pasillo. Es un problema enorme que hemos vivido de primera mano. Por otro lado decir que el trato humano ha sido excelente!!!

Great place for a last minute room

La habitación era muy pequeña e incómoda. El baño bien. El aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido inclusi apagado con lo que de noche es molesto. El desayuno bien pero en general un hotel justito

En general ha sido una buena estancia, el problema ha sido a la hora del check in, que nos cobraran unos extras por mi hijo pequeño, algo abusivos para lo que come en desayuno y cena. Finalmente, pudimos solventarlo en recepción. Habitación muy cómoda y personal de comedor muy amable!

Stayed here for 2 nights the hotel was excellent value and conveniently located for everything. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Cangas de Onis.

Hotel très bien situé dans la ville. Pas de problème de stationnement. Tres bon accueil et la receptionniste parlait francais. Super petit déjeuner.

We booked to stay in Hotel Santa Cruz for one night and had a nice stay. It was as described with welcoming staff. The location is good, close to free parking and easy to walk to restaurants and bars in town. We booked an economy room, which was indeed basic, but it was a very reasonable price so I am fine with that. The shower was hot and had very good water pressure.

The Good: The room was clean and spacious. It has a great location along the river, with a friendly staff, and the breakfast had a lot of options. The Bad: Sound proofing was not great and we didn't sleep well. Our room was on the 1st floor next to the stairs and elevator, so we could hear people coming and going all the time. The floors aren't carpeted, so the noise from people walking and talking in the hallways was also amplified. No parking is included, and while you can park on the street for free, it was difficult to find spots as they were nearly always taken (we visited early April).

An absolutely beautiful hotel. Exceptionally clean and the receptionist was so helpful. Our room was super comfortable. This hotel is a must stay if you are in the area. I highly recommend this wonderful hotel.
