Nous avons malheureusement dû écourter notre séjour et annuler les 4 jours restants dans ce Riad. La principale raison est que la localisation du riad affichée sur le site de réservation ne correspondait pas à celle communiquée par le responsable après notre réservation, 15min à pied de différence!!! Nous étions en séjour familial et avions choisi cet hébergement avant tout pour sa proximité avec le reste de notre famille. La localisation était donc un critère essentiel. Cette différence d’emplacement a rendu notre organisation impossible et ne correspondait pas à nos attentes. C’est très regrettable, car une information aussi importante devrait être exacte et transparente afin d’éviter ce type de désagrément.

What a wonderful stay! A beautiful, clean Riad just a short walk from all the traditional Marrakech action. Aimad was brilliant from the start, arranging transport from the airport and was more than helpful with any queries and required advice. The massage and hammam was amazing. Karim attended to all of our needs and caring, polite and kind. Breakfast was prepared by the lovely staff each morning and the evening meal we ate there was delicious. The small pool was spotless and very refreshing after a hot day at the nearby Souks. The roof terrace was a great place to sit and chill in the evening. I even left my mobile phone in the ‘taxi’ having been dropped back to the airport and with a call to Aimad from my partner’s phone it was soon driven back to me! Could not fault the Riad, staff or whole experience in anyway whatsoever. 5*

This hotel was very convenient towards many iconic locations. I would absolutely come back to this hotel when we revisit Marrakech.

Plus: good location, fair service, ok rooms. Minus: The free transfer one way apparently did not exist. They charged for it despite what the text on hotels.com says.

Super séjour en famille dans ce magnifique Riad. Les hôtes sont adorables, la cuisinière est exceptionnelle. Le petit déjeuner est une merveille. Situé en plein souk mais dans une ruelle calme.

Excellent Riad. The people were great and very helpful. Highly recommended. On outskirts of the Medina and easy access to all the sights and markets.

We had a great stay at Riad KS, everything was brilliant. Thank you so much to the staff especially Karim for going the extra mile to make our stay so great. The breakfast in the morning was always superb! Couldn’t recommend this Riad enough.

This riad was a lovely calm retreat from the busyiness of Marrakesh. We felt comfortable and at home. Breakfast was great and the staff went out their way to be helpful and friendly.
