Struttura nuova, carina e molto comoda per i collegamenti con il centro e l'aeroporto. Vicina alla metro e alle principali linee autobus.

We felt right at home and the place had everything we needed. Very convenient location with lots nearby and easy to walk to.

Room was lovely and clean. Efficient check in. Nothing really to be negative about, although location wise, a half hour walk into Old Town. We had a fab stay.

It was during the gay games, so a bit pricey. The drain for the room is blocked need to look at it. The hand wash soup was empty had to asked for it. We stayed whole week, there’s no offer fresh towels and bedding. My friend stayed next door, AC is leaking, informed then first day, the staff was friendly and came right away. But it didn’t get fix during our stay. Room is more suitable for two persons, more than that is very cramp. But over still decent stay!

Breakfast was well worth it. Had to walk about 50 metres outside the building but so worth it. Kitchen had all the necessities. Instructions on how to use the oven in English would have been beneficial.

The watsapp chat was great. Fantastic communication. Explained the whole checking in and out process with videos too. Storage lockers were very useful before checkin. Room was clean and tidy. Lovely personal note and gift as an added touch. Kitchen was perfect and even provided cleaning products to help with washing up. Location was great. One block away from shopping centre and nearest metro was within 5 min walk. We will definately be back.

modern apartment, with all facilities for a short stay. Comfortable beds, including the sofa bed although once opened it takes up practically the entire living area which is a bit small. There is the possibility of leaving your luggage in a paid locker located on the lower floors, which in our case was very useful both on arrival and departure to make the most of our days. Good cleaning, not top. Possibility of having breakfast in a bar attached to the accommodation but which we personally did not use. Mini supermarket very close and above all metro and bus stops just a few minutes away. Highly recommended.

This hotel was a solid choice and offered a more local, everyday feel than properties located in major tourist districts. The area felt like a normal neighborhood, with a grocery store, pharmacies, convenience stores, and a decent-sized shopping mall all within walking distance. Although there is a large highway next to one side of the hotel, the rooms were quiet and comfortable once the windows were closed. The staff was friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. WhatsApp is essentially required for communicating with the hotel, but responses were quick whenever we needed assistance. One thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is not close to the city's main attractions. Most sightseeing destinations require a walk to public transportation followed by a bus or train ride. This location is better suited for travelers who prefer a quieter area and don't mind using transit. For airport transportation, the metro is by far the easiest option. The nearest station is less than a mile away and provides a straightforward route to the airport. We found information online about an airport bus, but it was difficult to locate and not well known locally. Overall, this hotel provides a comfortable stay, a quieter atmosphere, and convenient access to everyday necessities, making it a good value for travelers looking to experience a more residential side of the city.

Un buen hotel, bien ubicado en Valencia. No tiene recepción, por lo que es importante hacer el checkin con anticipación porque es con código.

Buena localización, habitación limpia, amplia y sin ruidos. Desayuno en bar con personal muy amable.

Apartamento térreo, junto a calçada. Novo, com bons eletrodomésticos. Falta um abridor de vinhos. Não há recepção e o horário de entrada é bem tarde, 16 hs. Não há como deixar malas senão alugando um locker por 8 euros. Early check in não foi disponibilizado.
