직원분들이 친절하시고 적당히 영어로 소통이 가능하였습니다 라운지에서 음료와 커피 무료제공은 너무 좋았고 시설 어메니티도 좋았습니다 다만 고가 옆이라 좀 시끄러워서 아주 예민하시면 힘드실 수 있으나 4가족이 묵기에는 참 좋았습니다

The room and the front desk staff were amazing. I would have given 5 stars, but the "breakfast" add on and staff working that area were terrible to put it kindly.

직원분들 모두 친절하시고, 저렴한 가격대비 룸도 넓고 좋았습니다. 짐보관 서비스도 해주시고, 간단하긴 하지만 무료 조식도 맛 있었습니다. 약간 소음이 있긴 합니다. 바로 아래 약국도 있고 관광지 이동하기 좋은 위치입니다.

Tolles neues Hotel in Laufnähe von Osaka Station. Alles war perfekt. Sehr saubere und neue, moderne Zimmer, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeite. Leckeres kleines Frühstück im Übernachtungspreis inkludiert.

The staff were extremely friendly! Nice clean rooms and a good amount of space. Only downside was that our room had a window facing the street and the nightlife was extremely loud. Might need to look into sound proofing windows. Other then that was a great place to stay.

Clean room very attentive staff

This is an amazing hotel. The architecture is fantastic. I would’ve given it five stars but the traffic noise from our room was not good. I did book a room with Osaka view room. Great view but highway below our window. I recommend for a quieter room get on the other side of the building. And then I would definitely give five stars. The staff at reception are absolutely beautiful and so helpful. The location is brilliant to access the railway stations and there’s a lot of good eating places around. Easy walk to shops.

Rooms were spacious and very neat. Lounge was perfect for morning coffee and evening g cocktails. I would suggest not getting a city view of your sleep is easily interrupted by noise, the city noise can be loud at times.

Overall is very good. Large room and convinient location with lots of food nearby.
