Wow! Great place! One of the nicest! Can’t go wrong! Modern and cool!

Stayed in Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto and Tones Osaka was THE best hotel. The room was very roomy and comfortable. The bath/shower was great for soaking after a long day of walking and then rinsing off. The comforter was very fluffy and cozy. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great place to stay close to Osaka station.

The room is spacious and comfortable, this is probably my favorite hotel I stayed it, the staff is friendly and welcoming, the vibe is calm and relaxed. I loved my stay here, definite recommend. The area is busy but walkable and everything is near by!

車の走る音がかなり聞こえました。 ただ、それ以外はとてもよかったのでまた利用したいです。 スタッフの方の対応も抜群ですし、朝食も簡単でよかったです。

ランドリーサービスは激混みです。 自販機の水はコンビニで買うより安いです 清掃は3日に1回なのにゴミ箱小さかった

Mixed thoughts on our stay. hotel is great and room lovely. Our first night we had a room facing the extremely busy road and we got no sleep. It’s one of the loudest hotel rooms we have stayed in. We were also on floor six and the scraping of chairs on the concrete floor from rooms above was also not great. The staff were great and the following morning moved us to a room on the other side and floor nine - where it was much quieter and we slept well. But have to share this as if you don’t have the luxury of being moved rooms this is not going to be a quiet’s night sleep.

This hotel was amazing. We are definitely going to be back next year

Acomodação simples, limpa, com água e café disponível no lounge de convivência. Localizado próximo a estações de metrô, porém em região não muito agradável

First time visitors need time to find their way to find out the hotel is in a great location.

很方便，室間又濶落的酒店。

室內空間不錯的工業風客房，服務人員親切，有免費的咖啡、果汁可以喝，出門門口右邊就有便利商店，左邊就是藥妝店，如果還買不夠，過馬路到對面還有24小時的唐吉訶德，生活機能不錯。

staff was great! room was clean and there was free juice/coffee/pastries in the AM which was great.

客室も清潔でとても居心地が良く、スタッフの方全員対応が素晴らしくまた利用したいです。ただ浴室に椅子が欲しかったです。年寄りは椅子がないと不便でした。

리모델링 한지 얼마 되지 않아서 매우 깨끗하고 신식이에요. 호텔 중에 약국이 있고 우메다 역에서도 매우 가깝고 지리적으로 좋아요. 하지만 나의 객실은 대로변 쪽이어서 저녁까지 차와 오토바이 소리가 시끄러웠던건 단점이에요. 조식은 주스 커피 빵 딱 이렇게 많이 있어요. 가볍게먹기 좋아요. 그리고 3층 로비층에는 언제든지 투수객 들이 먹을 수 있는 주스와 커피머신을 사용할 수 있게 되어 있어서 매우 편해요. 샤워기 수압도 매우 좋고 어메니티도 잘 준비 되어 있어요. 전체적으로 만족합니다. 방은 3일에 한번씩 청소 해 줍니다. 수건은 매일 요청하면 갈아 줘요.

직원분들이 친절하시고 적당히 영어로 소통이 가능하였습니다 라운지에서 음료와 커피 무료제공은 너무 좋았고 시설 어메니티도 좋았습니다 다만 고가 옆이라 좀 시끄러워서 아주 예민하시면 힘드실 수 있으나 4가족이 묵기에는 참 좋았습니다
