Superbra läge men på en tyst och fin gata vid kanalen. Frukosten var toppen och all personal väldigt trevliga.

We loved staying here during the festival. Perfect walking distance from the city center, while still being on a quiet and incredibly charming canal street. Room was a generous size and everything was modern and clean. Highly recommend!

Just a lovely hotel. Super servace. Lovely white linen and 2 differenf firm pillows. Loved the location just a5 nin walk and you're in the centre of town. Wonderful stay.

Quiet hotel right along the canal and close enough to the historic center to be convenient but just far away enough to be quiet and away from the masses. We stayed in the summer and appreciated the in-room air conditioner and refrigerator. The hotel was clean and staff very friendly. They always had a full pitcher of ice-cold water at the check-in counter. There are some lovely canal views, a tram stop nearby, and Donkey Bike parking just down each adjoining street. The only real negative for our room (ground floor) was that whenever we entered our room, we would smell an unpleasant drainage odor. We'd get used to the smell so it didn't bother us the whole time, but just something to note.

Wir waren über unseren Hochzeitstag in dem Hotel. Es wurde sehr liebevoll dekoriert und das ganze Team war einfach total super, freundlich und zu jederzeit hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer und überhaupt das ganze Hotel sind sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die eigene Hotelbar bietet verschiedene Cocktails und Biere zu vernünftigen Preisen. Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und das Frühstück umfangreich frisch und lecker. Wir können das Hotel einfach nur weiterempfehlen und würden es definitiv wieder wählen wenn wir nochmal nach Gent kommen.

Staff were great!!! We had difficulty using the Christ option in the room and made it a priority to get it fixed. I also had to make a call a couple of times and they were gracious to let me use their phone!!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. La localisation en plein centre-ville est idéale et très pratique pour visiter la ville à pied, tout en restant incroyablement calme. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique, avec une mention spéciale pour la dame du petit-déjeuner. Elle est d'une gentillesse rare et d'une efficacité impressionnante : elle s'occupe de tout toute seule, de l'accueil au nettoyage des tables, en passant par le réapprovisionnement du buffet et même la préparation maison des délicieux yaourts aux graines de chia et banane. Le petit-déjeuner lui-même est à la fois copieux et très sain. Quant à la chambre, elle était très propre, agréable et dotée d'un lit particulièrement confortable. Une adresse que je recommande vivement !

Very clean and spacey rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, close to a lot of attractions and we loved afternoon pastries they had in front desk.

Wonderful staff. Treated us like family. Amazing location. Walls are a bit thin and we could hear the neighbors but otherwise perfect stay.

Extremely clean room. Traveled with husband and three kids and it was very comfortable. Walking distance to a lot of sights. Great place to stay.
