The rooms are exactly as in the pictures. The facilities are clean, safe and comfortable. We have stayed twice on our trips between Cancun and Merida to visit and enjoy Valladolid.

It’s not too far from the center of town and there are nearby shops.

The employees were very attentive and didn’t laugh at me when I found a baby scorpion in my room in the middle of the night - they promptly changed me to another room. The in suite jacuzzi was a nice touch and a wonderful way to relax. Would definitely recommend if you’re in this city! It’s within walking distance from delicious restaurants, the centre and an easy drive to Chichen Itza

Es un hotel cerca del centro y de la calle más turística, pero el baño el lavamanos tenía una fuga y mojó todo el baño, personal poco atento
