Convenient and clean! Close to the train and everything in town. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Spacious room. Great location. Staff is helpful. There are kids playing on the street till midnight make it hard to sleep. But we might still be unlucky.

My wife and I had an amazing time in this property. This was another booking that we have made because the previous booking did not work out for us however this property and hotel staff, food, rooms or marvelous. Everything was super clean and overall safe.

Rooms are clean , simple and good for 1-2 nights while in MACHU PICHU town. Dont expect luxury or whatsoever . Perfect for simple travelers ..

The staff are so lovely. Their breakfast is simple but made with love. They are helpful and kind. Room is clean but quite small, which is totally ok. I reduced the stars to let someone who wants to stay here know that the windows face the street below and it is super bright lights through the windows and people are loud all night long. You likely won’t sleep well so Bring eye mask and ear plugs.

Excelente estado de la habitación, todo como nuevo, muy limpio todo, la atención del personal impecable, muy amables y amigables. El hotel cuenta con muy buena infraestructura y la ubicación genial!

Very friendly staff.

The lady checking us in was efficient but slightly rude and patronising. The room was excellent the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was good however the shower curtain was too short so the bathroom flooded when the shower was on. The hotel was in an excellent location but the town is tiny so all the hotels are in good locations. A fan in the room would have been nice. The breakfast was a catastrophe it was inedible there was hardly anything left and it was nasty cheap food that no one was eating.

5-star room and service! The bed was literally a dream to sleep on, wide also! Big bathroom with plenty of hot water and great shower pressure. Everything was extremely clean. Buffet breakfast included fresh tropical fruit, abundant scrambled eggs and freshly sliced avocado. Don't think it over: just book here!

Péssimo hotel. A água do chuveiro não esquentava (tivemos que reclamar 3 vezes), o banheiro molhava todo, não tinha toalha suficiente para o número de hóspedes (tinhamos que solicitar diariamente), café da manhã lamentável (café frio, sem reposição de ovos, pouquíssimas variedades), muito barulho (nos corredores do hotel e na rua, pela janela), a janela fica de frente para a janela do outro hotel (sem privacidade), não tem ventilador, ar condicionado ou aquecedor no quarto, não tem stream na TV, sabonete do banheiro muito ralo. Enfim, detestamos.
