One of my new favorite hotel. Great breakfast. Nice balcon in our room. Nickel situated. Confortable bed.

Breakfast is amazing, the room is a bit bright for those who like total darkness

Was allocated room 61, on arrival it was like an oven as aircon wasn’t working. Reported this and told give it 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, then 25 minutes and so on just getting fobbed off. After 3 hours gave up and booked another hotel as couldn’t stay overnight there in the heat. Receptionist was trying to be helpful but couldn’t do anything without manager approval who was no where to be seen and uncontactable. Asked for refund but again basically they refused to respond to Expedia.

We stayed for one night. Small but clean room, twin beds which were comfortable. Helpful staff. Close to the cruise ship terminal. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Hotel offers breakfast for extra cost - very nice eating area.

The staff were fantastic. Extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and huge. This hotel is pretty central and close to shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

I cannot say enough good things about Electra. She was incredibly helpful with all of our questions. She was the kindest person and so very genuine. The hotel was difficult with the beds being so low to the floors but might have been a misunderstanding from the ad on my part. It was a convenient location for an early morning ferry and Uber was only 9,00 directly to the ferry loading area.

Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle. A 15 minutes à pied du port. Problème le petit déjeuner , pas de buffet ,ils servent à la carte et tout le monde est là à 7:15 et on a eu le petit déjeuner à emporter car pas le temps de le prendre sur place.

I had a one night stay before catching a ferry. The hotel is easy to get to, very close to the airport bus stop. Staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast wasn't included in my rate but prices were reaonable and there was a good choice.

The front desk folks were so helpful & dependable. The room was clean & spacious. Love the fresh squeezed orange juice & the breakfast was delicious. Close to the port & lots of restaurants & shops around . Definitely will stay here again.

The breakfast and the staff were the highlights of our stay!!
