This hotel was so convenient. We pulled in the back they took the car and parked it and off we went. You walk out the front door right in Times Square. It was a very quiet, clean and convenient. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to explore New York.

Amazing location, a bit expensive, but compared to other Manhattan hotels it was quite good.

A tired and worn out hotel. Poor fixings, windows falling out and the bedside light gave ma an electric shock. Breakfast isn’t fit for a dog. Lifts are strange and dated from the 70s. A back entrance you could easily miss and another entrance with odd pedestrian access. Left luggage area you wouldn’t know it was one. Staff were friendly.

This Hitel was tight in middle of all the New York City action. We could walk to anywhere we wanted to go. Very clean.

This hotel has an amazing location. I stayed here the weekend before Christmas and got a room facing Times Square- the view was gorgeous! However, it was very cold because the window was broken, which was letting in cold air. We realized this late at night snd asked that they fix it the next morning- they didn’t. It also took us about 45 minutes to check in. Then we waited about 30 mins to leave our bags with the desk in the am. M Social is about a block away, and way nicer for the same price, we stayed there in 2022

All the bathroom lights were not working and the bathroom was in need of an update. Bathroom also needs a fan vent.

Hotel extremamente movimentado com entra e sai de pessoas 24h por dia. As fotos enganam um pouco. Hotel bem antigo. Chegamos e a luz do espelho do banheiro não funcionava e estava faltando papel higiênico. Reclamamos e fomos prontamente atendidos. Cheguei a pensar em desistir de ficar lá mas, a penalidade era alta para cancelar. Pretendo ficar em outras opções quando voltar a NYC. Não gostei de nada desse hotel.

The breakfast option is not convenient, they should have a buffet breakfast like otherhotels.

So this is a great place to stay in Times Square!!! My 4 stars are for them charging $450 per person to watch the ball drop from a room in the hotel. If you are planing to go there for New Years Eve, please understand ALLLL the streets are blocked off and no matter what hotel you stay in down there, you will NOT be able to just walk out of your hotel to watch the ball drop. You will have to stand in a line for at least 15 hours to gain entrance to the ball drop...or you can just pay your hotel whatever they charge to watch from a special place on the property.They tell you all of this after you arrive! I will definitely stay there again. But I also know what to expect if I go back New Years.
