Loved the place, the staff were super friendly and always open to help with whatever you need

Host never provided additional toilet paper, no trash bags, it was hot in the apartment and the issue was never resolved and all they provided was a small calefactor. To use the pool reservation was needed and head covering to be purchased, gym also, parking was charged every night, you had to pay to use all amenities like bbq grills, theater, futbol court, etc. I do not recommend this. And i will be back in Bogota in May and definitely not staying there. At least some staff were nice but 2 receptionist ladies were rude and not helpful.

Although the rooms and property were nice, the room was so cold and there’s no heating in the room; other than that, it was very clean and modern looking. I would definitely recommend but probably wouldn’t stay again.

I just wish the hot shower would last more than five minutes.
