Faisal checked me in and he was very friendly and helpful. He was always quick to buzz me in from the street entry door. Room and bathrooms were clean though a bit dated. I arrived as spring temps were transitioning to hotter temps. I had to ask for a remote to use the min-split AC/heater in my room. Only stayed 2 nights, but easy access to Metro trains at Rossio square for travel to the airport for my departure. Try the bifana shop next door to the entrance. Grocery stores just around the corner.

Was fairly easy to find. We had a delayed flight and got there a bit late but they were so nice and were able at all times of the night/ day. They also offered to hold our luggage after checkout for free. Great hospitality. Shared bathrooms were cleaned very often and we felt safe at this location. The view from our window was great as well

部屋は綺麗でした！ただ電気がとても暗かったです。ホテルステイを楽しむホテルでは無いと思いますが、ソロトリップで泊まる分にはアクセスがいいので良かったです。 ホテルの前にあるレストランが23時くらいまで音楽を鳴らしているので、うるさいのが苦手な方はやめた方がいいかもしれません。

good location but old

The location is good And im usually a "im just sleeping here" type of girl but even for me it was rough. Ive thrown better mattresses and pillows away. just a thin sheet on a very old spring mattress with wadded cotton old pillows. And our room you had to duck to get to the other side from some structure in the ceiling. Bathroom is okay. Soap didnt work at sink but had some in shower. No shampoo

Localização perfeita. Próxima de atrações turísticas, mercados e transporte. O atendimento no alojamento é excelente desde a chegada. As acomodações são aconchegantes, no entanto carecem de manutenção. Meu único porém: o quarto que fiquei não tinha aquecimento e esfriava bastante durante a noite. De resto, tudo conforme o prometido. Voltaria facilmente.

Centrally located, close to the Metro, Rossio station, Barrio Alto and located in the Chiado. It's a no frills hotel, with private rooms and shared bathrooms. The room and especially the bathrooms are kept spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and welcoming. It's a good value for the cost, and was a great option for a solo traveler only passing through for one night.

A recepção foi incrível! Fomos muito bem tratadas e o local tinha elevador, tinha metrô e estação de ônibus bem perto alem do supermercado e lojas de comércio ao redor. O banheiro apesar de compartilhado era limpo constantemente e as camas eram confortáveis e macias. Tinha ar-condicionado e espelho. Voltaria novamente !

Die Unterkunft war sehr einfach und alt, es gab ausschließlich Gemeinschaftstoilletten und Bäder. Es war sehr hellhörig, man hört jedes Husten. Die Vorteile: die Unterkunft ist billig, sie liegt direkt am Bahnhof sehr zentral und das Personal war wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Was a good stay, host went above and beyond to accommodate. Very kind and flexible. Rooms have no frills, but are sufficiently comfortable, making for a good place to rest your head after a busy day in Lisboa. Would recommend to anyone traveling on a budget or anyone who likes a simple stay with warm, accommodative hosts.

Very kind and wonderful staff. Manager allowed us to pick from two different rooms and we picked our favorite room. Our room had a view of the Santa justa elevator, which was amazing to see. Can you get a little loud with people coming in and out of the bathrooms but that is what to expect from a hostel. Felt very safe the entire time. Great location. Will stay here again.
