HOTEL EN EXCELENTE UBICACION PERO ALGO VIEJO EL MOBILIARIO Y NO MUY COMODO

Was expecting much more as one of the pricier options in Chetumal but the place was worn down and had the scent of mold in the rooms. Shower heads were spraying everywhere, and old tvs from the 90's. Customer service also terrible when it came to a change in a booking. Definitely not worth it and would not stay again.

Televisións did not work in 3 rooms. Shampoo was inadequate for 2-3 people to shower; towels were lacking hand and bath towels, and limited towels for2 -3 people in our rooms. No coffee or tea offered. View was great.

No pool for maintance, no tv service in my room.

The pool needs a better cleaning routine and the shower head in the bathroom was not functioning properly.

Los insumos de higiene personal no son suficientes para 2 personas

Habitación limpia pero las puertas muy descuidadas, la tv no servia ya que se prendía y perdía la señal se reportó en dos ocasiones y resolvieron el problema únicamente provisional pero el problema persistió. La alberca no funcionaba aparentemente llevaba muchos días en reparación. Y el personal debería orientar un poco más respecto a los servicios que ofrece el hotel.

So,we had ask what time was check out at the front desk she told us at noon. So we left at noon and when we got back to the states there was a extra 427 belize peso charge on our CC because we didn't check out at 11am I honestly think this is a way for them to charge you extra.

Es un cuarto con lo necesario, es cómodo y tiene bonita vista. Solo falla un poco el internet, pero creo es en la zona.

Quick and easy check-in. front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and walking distance to what we needed. We were able to walk to the pier the next day with all our luggage.

No había agua caliente ni internet

No Ice machine maker on the facility…. No small fridge in room for your meds…. No microwave either but over all it was no bad.

Is a good basic hotel with great views and an excellent location.
