Tout etait parfait... mon coup de coeur de l'Albanie tout simplement

Hotelli loistavalla sijainnilla ja mahtavilla näkymillä (meillä huone ylimmässä kerroksessa linnan suuntaan). Ikkunoita oli kivasti kahteen suuntaan. Huone oli todella kuuma saavuttuamme ja kesti pari tuntia saada se inhimilliseen lämpötilaan. Ilmastointia ei voinut itse säätää ja se tarkoitti heräilyä muutaman tunnin välein laittamaan ilmastointi pois ja taas päälle. Huoneesta puuttui tallelokero. Aamiaistila on upea. Täysin poikkeuksellinen, aamupala oli runsas ja se tuotiin pöytiin. Palvelusta ja pysäköinnistä (joka tosin oli jonkun matkan päässä) plussaa.

Perfect location for visiting Berat

Room was very small, bathroom wasn’t functional and there wasn’t any place to put the toothbrush and in our second day only the bed was made room wasn’t cleaned

My friend and I absolutely loved our stay at Merko. From the airport transfer arranged by the hotel manager Rey from Tirana airport to each day we spent at the hotel, our stay wa made very pleasant by Rey (she also advised us re local sightseeing amd travel to other areas) and her staff especially Alaina at reception. The hotel is in a prime location, very peaceful compared to others in the area, in the centre of Berat with food places, local shops, cash exchange etc. it stands right in the centre with gorgeous views and overlooks the river and the castle at the top of the hill. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and modern. We had access to an iron which wa ever helpful. The breakfast is great on the top floor and varied each day. We loved our stay and want to thank Rey and her team for the amazing job that they do as hosts. We will definitely stay at Merko again!

Situé en face d'une mosquée ... jeune fille à l'accueil qui a du mal à se montrer aimable et qu'on voit que ce job ne lui convient pas Hotel sans terrasses, jardin en plein centre. Lorsqu'il fait 32° ... Salle de restaurant au 7° avec très belle vue sur Budrint. Petit déjeuner médiocre

トイレと洗面台とシャワーまでオープンユニットなので床が水浸しになりやすい。スリッパは備えてほしい。 朝食時に７階のレストランから街の素晴らしい眺望を楽しめる。ただ、夏季はできるだけ涼しいうちに行動したいし、ベラト城は８時オープンなので、朝食が８時からでは遅いと感じる。

Excellent customer service!

The hotel room was very nice and clean and the staff was very welcoming as well. It is in a good location near the center of town and you can easily walk to all the sights

everything was just perfect, but staff were not very good in english.

Very nice hotel with fabulous breakfast. The shower was nice and staff very helpful.
