A stay we’ll remember!
We stayed at Panorama Resort in Elbasan for two weeks, and it’s been a truly special and enjoyable experience. The hotel is peaceful and beautifully located, and the staff went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome especially after a few small bumps at the beginning.
Everyone working here is helpful, genuine, and kind and we enjoyed amazing food and friendly conversations. It felt like we were friend! We tried both Albanian dishes and lighter meals, and it was never a problem to adjust based on what we felt like that day.
Our room was clean and quiet, with air conditioning and everything we needed. The pool and outdoor area were perfect for relaxing and we especially appreciate how the hotel made an extra effort to create a nice atmosphere for us throughout the stay.
Thank you for a wonderful visit! We’re going home with great memories and a real sense of having been warmly welcomed.
