Huone oli siisti, palvelu koko ajan ystävällistä, sijainti täydellinen keskustassa, sängyt hieman kovia mutta kohtuullisen mukavia nukkua. Ainoa miinus oli aamuisin kuuluvat remontin äänet. Suosittelen suuresti tätä hotellia!

Good location. Comfortable beds. Good showers. Air con/heating. Convenient store on corner. This is not a ‘hotel’ it is a floor of a building converted into rooms. This did not bother us. We had noisy neighbours one night which may indicate thin walls. Take ear plugs.

Buenísimo hotel en pleno centro de Sofía. El trato excelente por parte del personal, nos ayudaron en todo lo que preguntamos. Tienen una pequeña zona común con cafetera y pastas/bizcocho para que te sirvas. Las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario, incluso ponen una botella de 1,5l de agua diaria. Es un hotel relativamente nuevo y muy tranquilo, recomendable!!

This hotel wasn’t the easiest to find and to figure out that it is on the fourth floor. But it was just what I needed training solo. It is well located. The room was tidy but I couldn’t get the safe or TV to work. However, I only used the room to sleep and bathe.

The location is amazing! Right in the center of Sofia.

This hotel gets our highest recommendation. The rooms are quiet and clean. It’s in a great location. The complimentary bottles of big water, quality body soap and complimentary coffee are big pluses. Mira is a great conversationalist who makes guests feel welcome.

Good all round experience

The staff informed us to smalest detail how to check in and they were very good to recomend restaurants and other services in Sofia both the free and those that cost. We are VERY satisfied with the staff and room.

We stayed 4 nights in a suite for 2 people. The suite was very clean and modern looking. The bathroom was a nice size- shower had good water pressure also. We loved the airco and that we could set the temp and turn it on and off as we needed unlike a lot of other hotels. The

I would not recommend based on my experience with one staff member Mira - she is the main receptionist and quite rude and condescending. - made my last day (first interaction) with her uncomfortable. - as a SOLO traveller they are better options. - all other staff members were amazing & rooms are kept very clean.
