Staff was very nice but could not communicate properly in English. In any case, the lady in charge made every effort possible to understand me. Room was very clean. Excellent shower (being in other hotels in Cameroon where water was a problem). The main problem with the hotel is the location, which is far from an avenue and on dirt streets. That is a downside for a hotel that, in other location, would look much better.

The staff is helpful and welcoming. The setting is beautiful. However, the shower gel is very low quality. Please make an effort to provide good quality shower gels and shampoos in smaller sizes.

Pas d’eau chaude. La chambre avait l’air ne paq etre sécurisé. Receptionniste de l’accueil pas rres encourageante. Mauvais matelas. A notre arrivée les toilettes avaient été utilisées et mal nettoyer beurkkk

Amazing small hotel in the mimboman neighborhood. Though a little out of the usual business district i was amazingly surprised by the quality of services and comfort. They staff was one of the best in a system where customer service is almost nonexistent.

great services, clean rooms , WiFi connectivity is perfect . The receptionist was really nice and helpful at all time .

I had the opportunity of lodging in Cincinnati Hotel from March 5-March 9, 2024. The Hotel was very Clean, Rooms very comfortable and the food was wonderful, Furthermore I liked the Professionalism of the Hotel Staff during the Check in process and making my stay a memorable/ Pleasant Experience.
