Excelente fue todo, estuvimos vacacionando en familia del 12-16 de febrero 2026. Super recomendado este hotel, gracias por sus atenciones a todo el personal del local y también a los conductores.

When we first arrived we were shown a small 1 bed, room which was not what I booked. My receipt showed a different room number and it was supposed to be a 2 bed room. We were able to get the two beds but I had to pay more for it. Our lock on the door seemed like it had to of been reinforced at some point and was quite flimsy. The pool and the grounds are very nice. My favorite part was looking out out door and being able to see the volcano in the distance.

Excellent location, About 10 minutes away from the city. Great staff Team. It is a container style room with modern accents. We enjoyed the patio with private yacuzzi in each room. Breakfast included was outstanding like a full meal. Great food and drinks with a pool overlooking the two volcanos. We were on business/vacation so we did miss a closet to organize our clothes. But if you are going on vacation you wont need it. Thank you everyone at Elite for making our 6 days memorable. JR

El personal excelente, extraordinario...Se desvivian para atendernos..Pero la habitación no fue buena, no tenía aire acondicionado, ,eran contenefores...

Lugar cómodo y agradable, personal amable.

Great room size. Hot tub excellent touch for a private room. Outside the main area which helps unwind better. Everyone was super attentive.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, cuenta con piscina climatizada y en la habitación había un hidromasaje. Lo recomiendo mucho.

Everything is just perfect!!!.having breakfast at any time was very convenient. Food delicious! I love having the privacy of the jacuzzi!!!

La estadía en este hotel fue estupenda. Todo el personal muy profesional y muy dedicado a ofrecer buena calidad de sus servicios. El hotel súper limpio, sus amenidades estupendas... Sobre todo muestra buena atención a la seguridad de los hospedados. Lo recomiendo 100%.

Todo el staff es amable y atento, la alberca con calefacción es estupenda, grande y con vista al volcán. La tina de hidromasaje es deliciosa. Gracias a Patricia, Carlos y Claudia por sus atenciones. La comida del restaurante es excelente. No dudaría en regresar.
