While the place was beautiful, our room did not have AC (in summer heat of Marrakech, the room was extremely hot). We did not get any refund or compensation for the broken AC (only accommodation was a fan, which did not change the temperature much) we had to sleep on the rooftop since it was so hot. Additionally, we asked the lady from the riad to call us a taxi for the airport, and confirmed it would be 200DH, when the taxi came he was trying to charge us 200DH PER PERSON (60 euros for a 12 minute ride!! insane). He called the lady from the riad and she said it was per person (which was her first time stating it). We argued we’d prefer to cancel since it was too much, she convinced us 250 DH would be a fair price, at the end we felt taken advantage of.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. When I arrived, I was assigned a room where the air conditioning didn't work. Instead of resolving the issue, the hotel sent me to another, lower-quality property (Dar Hilana Boutique Riad & Spa), and I was even expected to pay for the taxi transfer myself. The replacement room was dirty, especially the bathroom, which was not properly cleaned. Breakfast was another major disappointment. The hotel never served the breakfast buffet that was advertised online and included in the rate I paid. Instead, they served only bread with butter. On the second day, I asked for a fried egg, but the waiter brought me a raw egg still in its shell, as if that were an acceptable substitute. The following day, I was served a fried egg that had clearly been cooked in burnt, blackened oil, making it completely inedible. Overall, this hotel failed to deliver the basic standards of cleanliness, service, and honesty. The facilities and amenities advertised did not match what was actually provided, and the staff did little to address the problems. I would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Propriétaire et personnel adorable. Riad authentique créé par le propriétaire dans un quartier très calme. Les chambres sont très spacieuses mais très sombres et humides par temps frais. L'établissement ne propose pas de restauration sur place mais un service de portage de repas sur réservation le matin pour le soir. Le petit déjeuner servi à table est assez simple mais correct. En définitive , cela est en accord avec le dépaysement et la culture locale mais si on cherche le confort d'un 3 étoiles continental, alors cet établissement ne sera pas adapté.

Everything was within walking distance. Staff at the hotel were great - very hospitable and offered great Moroccan breakfast.

Alojamiento cuidadosamente construido y decorado. La habitación se encuentra en la primera planta y es muy amplia. El desayuno se sirve en el patio o en un salón (cuando estábamos nosotros, este mes de noviembre) y es muy completo. Huéspedes muy amables. Eso sí, bastante complicado llegar allí el primer día, como no hay cartel o indicaciones en el barrio.

Très bel endroit, décoration super, terrasse sur le toit très appréciée. Pas facile de trouver l’endroit au départ, mais accueil chaleureux, propriétaire bien disponibles pour nous aider et nous conseiller. À quelques minutes de marche de la médina de Marrakech

Safe and clean. Friendly staff

I stayed in this house for five days with my friend and can totally recommend it! As two girls, we felt very safe, and the hosts were incredibly nice and helpful with any questions or requests. The included breakfast was delicious, and the tea was amazing, of course!
