I’m elated! Words cannot describe how the Siesta Family made me feel! So accommodating, helpful with everything my airport pickup, from my rental car, to room service and overall experience! I will be staying here every time I come home. The kitchen in the HillTop Suite was chefs kiss! I am truly impressed beyond measure! Until next time!

Great location. Room was clean and quite comfortable. I have no complaints.

This place was great. The only issue that is both for visitors and the workers is the hills to get to the top building. Some parts are very steep and it’s hard for visitors to make it up. For the workers it’s hard whenever someone orders room service and they have to go all the way up or for the people helping with the laundry. They collect every room’s linen and then go all the way down to then come all the way back up. The good thing is that there are some taxi drivers that take visitors all the way up to their building. But that’s not every time. Other than that everything else was great, especially for the price. They also help provide a taxi service to and from the airport.

The location is optimal and the view from the room was great. However the room was completely outdated and in disrepair. The bathroom door didnt latch, the towel holder in the shower was busted as well. I had to fix the toilet flusher several times. The furniture in the room was old and stained as well as the sheets that were placed on the bed all though they were clean. The front office staff was very kind but the kitchen food is sub-par. Don't get the breakfast sausage it's hotdogs... they were also constantly out of items on their menu.

I stayed at this hotel for two days, from May 24-26. The grounds of the property is well kept. The rooms need some updating. I stayed at one of the hilltop rooms. The hill going up to the rooms is nothing to play with. If you have knee issues, or are out of shape I truly suggest you give that a second thought. The hill is extremely steep. Despite the steep hill, The views from the balcony are beautiful. I asked The front desk staff, would I be able to move my room to a lower floor due to my knee issues. She stated someone will get back to me, there wasnt any availability that night. Mrs. Dionne, the manager was able to accomodate my room change the next day. The best part of this hotel, was the staff. Every staff member from this hotel was helpful and friendly. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing and very hospitable. Mrs. Dionne is an absolute gem and an asset to this hotel.

This property hasnt been maintained properly. The floor in my room was awful....I would not stay here again for the price I paid...It wasnt worth it

Hotel need new towers

The hotel is clean, but can benefit from an upgrade in some areas,one of the locks on the door to my room wasn't locking even though the maintenance technician said he would have fixed it. The staff are friendly and keeps the hotel clean and tidy,but some don't understand English very well , which can result in errors occurring due to a language barrier. Overall I did enjoyed my stay, I would stay at the property again

Best stay I've ever experienced. Solo 20s African American Woman traveler. From staff, the room comfort, views, appliances, cleanliness, and security. Super helpful folks, theyll connect you with taxi drivers, activities, where to eat (or you can order at the hotel restaurant). Everyone is so kind and warmhearted, they checked in on how my experience was. The pool is cleaned every morning so there's no pollen which is appreciated. There were other solo travelers here as well. Use common sense, and carry ec. SO close to the beach, super market/ bank/ mall all within 5 to 10 min walk. Amazing stay, thank you again for the heartfelt hospitality.
