Excellent room, size and amenities. The location was phenomenal. The staff was efficient, friendly, respectful, and just outright wonderful! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Medellin. I will definitely be staying again.

The hotel was great and the staff went above and beyond. The location is also excellent. It’s in a great walkable neighborhood. You can walk all of La 70 which is lined with clubs and restaurants. I would ask for a higher floor to help with the outside noise but you can just wear ear plugs. It was a particularly loud evening because Bad Bunny was in town performing otherwise I imagine it’s a little quieter. I was only here for one night. I would definitely stay here when I come back.

This building is a gem and so is the gentlemen at the front desk. Attentive to all your needs at all times. He tried his best to help me in English. The place is immaculate. There’s a laundry machine in the basement and a jacuzzi on the roof top with an amazing view. Across the street on one side there’s a nice guy who sells cut up mangoes, bananas and on the other side there’s ice for purchase. The bed smelled amazingly clean and the mattress was comfy just like at home. I would recommend.

Nice hotel and very kind staff but the noise everywhere in this area is terrible until late. We didn't sleep well. So we will never return.

Great location, clean room - most for the staff are great! One of the most spectacular views from the 04 corner rooms and the jacuzzi rooftop. Exceptional! One night staff person is somewhat brash and rude. Thin walls so neighbors complain about music. Jacuzzi takes a long time to warm up and sometimes never does. Ask to warm EARLY!

Everything about this hotel is excellent including the staff and location. HUGE THANK YOU TO THE STAFF!

The property was truly better than expected, most of the time you see pictures, but when you get there, the place is nothing like the pictures, Factory Loft however is, and the staff are excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable, I will be staying there again!!
