チェックインの方法について事前に案内がなく、部屋番号が分からず、連絡があるまでしばらく施設に入れなかった。ようやく部屋に入ったと思ったらスタッフが部屋の掃除中だった（17:00頃）。一旦外出して清掃が終わるのを待って部屋に入ったら洗濯物が大量に干してあった。空気が湿っているし、臭かった。シャワーの湯も十分に出ず寒かった。チェックアウトの方法もこちらが聞くまで何の案内もない。クレームをしたが十分な対応をしてもらえなかった。本当に最悪

The property was more than we expected and my husband and I enjoyed our stay there. The staff were amazing and quick to help. Only downside was the no air con but for the time of year we went it wasn’t much of a problem

For the first time I really enjoyed an Airbnb because it was very clean and the host was very accommodating and apartment has everything inside you may may need plus its very close to good coffee shops, restaurants and malls

A solid 4 star near Yaya centre in Kilimani. The breakfast, if not included in the room rate, is expensive at USD23 pp.

What I most liked was the security. it was excellent.

The property is located in kilimani. I was very pleased with the accommodation, very clean and the host is very responsive. Definitely will recommend

The facilities were incredible. Like luxury hotel. I slept like a rock. My only complaint was a sketchy young guy who was clearly trying to scam me trying to be 'helpful' and trying to get my number. Otherwise it's incredibly cozy.

Noreen's place is really nice, she was helpful and I would love to return there when next I am in Nairobi.
