Garden View room over looks restaurant that has loud music until 9:00pm.

Small room with no chair to sit on. Loud music in the room from dining room every night until 9:30pm

El Hotel es fabuloso, tiene una estación de tren justo al lado, el desayuno súper bueno, pero el servicio como tal para ayuda en sugerencias no estuvo muy favorable pq el personal no habla ni entiende inglés, nos las ingeniamos como pudimos y aún así disfrutamos muchísimo. Víctor y familia!!!

予約は応接スペース、バスタブ、ビジネスデスクあり、でしたが案内された部屋はその全てが整っていない18平米程の小部屋でした。毎月利用してきたので、繁忙期でも多少の優遇を期待していましたが恩を仇で返された感じで、星付ホテルとは程遠い非常に程度の低いサービスでした。

紧邻西山温泉，如果想泡温泉，还是很方便的。

雖就在地鐵站旁, 但酒店附近幾無店家, 欠缺生活機能.

this is my fourth time to choose stay at Palace Garden Hotel . everything is good ! i am so satisfied about their hotel environment, services and even front desk services . will continue to stay when i come back beijing .

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at in Beijing. The staff is extremely friendly and service is absolutely amazing. I was upgraded for free into a larger suite which had a larger bathroom and a minibar, both of which were a nice touch. The rooms itself are very new and kept very clean. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get away from the busy city and relax. There is also a hot spring next door which you can access directly from the hotel.

很好

한적한 교외라 교통은 택시외에 방법이 없음. 호텔 Shuttle 있다고 하였으나 실제는 운행되지 않고 있음. 이는 호텔.com 에서 확인 후 재개정해야 함. 공항에서 호텔까지 택시비가 200 위안 나왔음. 저녁먹을 때가 마땅치 않음. 호텔에 부페가 있으나 가격은 매우 비싸고 음식이 형편없음. 숙박시설은 청결하였음.

I wish it were more flexible about departure time.

Excellent stay experience, but it's far away from downtown.

Great hotel overall, most definitely a 4.5 star place. Staff is supremely curtious and attentive. I would recommend and I would return.

The hotel was really good and the service excellent but the hotel is really far from the city centre. The surrounding area has got no restaurants or stuff to do, takes about an hour and a half by taxi to the city.

Very nice hotel. It is a resort and the oveerall quality is excellent. The hotspring at the hotel is very nice. Language is a challenge, as most of the staff spaks Chinese only. The location on the map at hotels.com is not correct, this hotel is further north, outside ring 5, so it is a little inconvenient if your activity is downtown.

Excellent hotel but far off from city center. I would like to complain to hotels.com since the location of this hotel on the map of hotels.com is at 3rd ring and actual location is outside 5th ring road. It makes a huge difference when on business. Very disappointed with hotels.com map and the that there is no way to compliant to them I will do it here instead.
