Our favorite part were the beds, they were super comfortable. Especially for long stays, truly makes you feel at home. LOTS of food places within walking distance, if you want something other than street food or tacos, Mercado Roma is around the corner with lots of great options. Not very wheelchair accessible friendly but overall really great place, had everything we needed for our 10 day stay

Cuando llegue no me habían mandando la info para hacer check in, mandé correos y nada por fortuna la señora de limpieza estaba ahí y ella fue la q me apoyó, entré y el depa está bien x el precio pero está muy encerrado le doy 4⭐️

Practico y bien ubicado, excelente opción para 4 personas, la propiedad tiene estacionamiento solo importante precisar que tiene un costo de $200 pesos cada 24 hrs

Rude staff, especially the security. Very poor amenities in the kitchen, no knife, 2 spoon, 3 glass, 3 fork. 2 pots. I ask for toilet paper after 3 nights and they say no , they can’t. I spend 7-10 days in CDMX every 8 weeks and this is my wrorst experience ever. Not worted the price….. at all!!!

There’s a restaurant around the corner, they play music very loud, and it is hard to sleep because you can hear as if you were inside the restaurant. I don’t know how the neighbors deal with that

All would have been fine if we received clean beds. The beds once you pulled back the comforter sheets were filled with hairs (short hairs from pets or human) and stains. Pillows were also disgusting and had stains on them. Thankfully we had travel blankets and pillows and utilized those for our stay. We had a packed itinerary and did not want to waste our time waiting around for the checkin person to be around to explain the situation. At checkout time only person available was the guard who was only able to get the keys and provide us our deposit. Sent an email with pics to customer service about receiving some kind of refund as a gesture of good faith for the unacceptable sleeping conditions and responded once and then ghosted me. Still have not heard back. There are many other places in great locations. Save yourself the uncleanliness experience and book elsewhere.

My first time to Mexico City and was very pleased with the location. Room was clean. Hotel felt well kept and secure. Arrived close to 9pm and check in was still easy. Happy with my stay.

La ubicación es muy buen. La atención del personal no es muy buena ni amable, dice que tiene estacionamiento pero es con cobro adicional, no te avisan y es mas costoso que una pensión normal. El ruido exterior es excesivo y no tienen las instalaciones para suprimirlo. No lo recomiendo.

No hubo quien nos recibiera para el check-in y tuvimos que esperar a que el vigilante estuviera libre para que nos diera indicaciones.

Place is located in walking distance of a lot of shops and food. My only issues was gps has a hard time getting here, Uber, taxis, delivery service. Also they don't have A/C 🤒 Rooftop terrace was awesome.

Easy check-in and a really nice, clean, space. Location is excellent for access to the amazing restaurants, bars, and bakeries in Roma Norte. It's easy to get to touristy sites as well, especially if you're comfortable taking the bus rapid transit line. Highly recommend!

I would like to say viewing wise it was lovely but getting into the nitty gritty, staff were super friendly and attentive, hot water when you showered and although I didn’t use the kitchen it was fully supplied with utensils, such as spoons plates, pots, etc. The only thing I didn’t appreciate was, staining on sheets, holes in the towels, one out of the two heaters didn’t work, and TV didn’t work. I don’t know if it was due to batteries or bad signal between the remote and tv. But over all a nice place if I could it would be a 3.5 star review
