Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable ya que fue muy relajante para nosotros, propiciado por el ambiente que se vive en el interior de la recamara y en el exterior del hotel, con deseos de volver nuevamente en la primera oportunidad

The staff was amazing. Best service we've had in years. Rooms are fun to explore, and different than the plain. Can't wait to visit again.

Wow! Such an amazing stay here! Unfortunately we only had one night here because our flight was the next day, but can’t wait to go back to this place when I’m in Merida again. Everything about this stay was done with so much detail, a green tea go welcome my friend and I, a wet cloth with oils to help relax us immediately, a personalized written note in the room…everything was thought out! We were helped by Jessy and her team and it was such a pleasure! We needed a taxi at 4 am, and it was booked for us in a blink of an eye. My friend and I booked massages ( which include a facial btw) and were so good! Have already recommended to our friends that live in Merida, because everyone needs to stay here! Haha

Es un lugar sumamente relajante, si necesitas desconectarte del mundo, este es el lugar indicado, los masajes 10/10 y la atención del personal 10/10, el hotel es precioso, tienen 2 albercas grandes y una piscina insípida en aguas termales por que el agua es caliente y deliciosa, volvería 1000 veces, es perfecto este lugar

The Japoneza Retreat was an exceptional place to stay—quiet, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. While the exterior might initially be a bit surprising, once you step inside, it truly feels like a hidden oasis. We particularly enjoyed the massages and the jacuzzi, which were definitely highlights of our stay. The staff was outstanding, always attentive and eager to accommodate our needs, from arranging taxis and drinks to providing towels and booking tours. The retreat is a short 10–20 minute walk from the town, where you'll find a variety of restaurants and cafes. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Amazing and peaceful retreat. This place is a hidden gem. You would have no idea how peaceful and beautiful it is from the street since it is accessed through unassuming doors at the street. Wish we had stayed more nights!

Todo muy limpio y el ambiente calmado

El lugar es hermosísimo, los detalles están cuidados, buen decorado y el personal muy atento. La cama podría ser mejor y está un poco lejos de zonas de interés.

We stayed here as pre wedding hotel. We enjoyed the best message ever received. The place is serene, the rooms and property are beautiful. You are a few blocks from dinning area, and no food service available at hotel. You can order coffee, and there is a bar. You can have food delivered. Beds are great, staff is great, messages are the best!

It was an amazing hotel, the accommodations ( rooms , bar, pools) were beautifully done and maintained. I was really happy being away from main area . The staff treated us splendidly. I highly recommend

Such a unique, beautiful and relaxing place. You conpletely forget you are in Downtown Merida. This was a great stay! I would defenetly return. The restaurant is also very good!!

El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido a pesar que se les aviso sobre la situación, hacen mucho ruido el personal de limpieza.
