The hotel is a bit dated. The room I stayed did not have a shower but a Tub only. Issues with hot water and they recommend using the safe but the safe was damaged. Hallways smells. Dated equipment.

room was old and rusty looking. It didn't appear clean. I was cautious to touch anything or surfaces for fear of getting contaminated

Very nice Hotel to stay, the customer service was superb, nice and clean environment

The staff services is very poor
