Un hotel cómodo. Pero en la descripción de Expedia se menciona que las habitaciones tienen “Tina”. En la realidad ninguna habitación tiene tina y lo corroboré con la recepción.

También es un hotel de paso (sexo) y eso es muy incómodo.

Clean room in a quiet area. Many restaurants and cafes nearby. Avenida Revolucion is walking distance. Staff is very friendly and check in is easy. Secure parking included. Would definitely recommend.

Very difficult to work, rest or sleep at night. Noisy with construction during the day and sounds problems all night long.

Room door is a hollow interior door with an inadequate lock, aside from safety concern, the door allows all exterior sounds to be heard. Unless you are a heavy sleeper, it will not work! When asked the reception desk to switch rooms at 5pm because I could my next door neighbor breathe, I was told flat “no” as they had no available rooms. But I checked on line and they indeed had 5 rooms available for the night! Stay elsewhere!

We stayed here for 2 days while our dog had surgery at a local vet. The room was clean and the staff were very attentive. Small hotel but we preferred it that way. You also have your own parking space downstairs.

Clean and very comfortable

The room was luxurious and very clean. I was able to connect to thw tv with my phone which is a plus because most hotels don’t have that feature. It was also very close el Centro which is about a 10 minute walk. The hotel had a carport connected to the room which was very convenient. I Will be back. Also the staff was very friendly. Check in time is 1230 which makes this place 100/10

Best hidden gem n beat service

This time was a different experience. It was not stated clearly that there was a 500 pesos fee for a visitor. Had I known ahead of time..I would prefer no visitors. Even after explaining that one particular individual was my partner and he's the 2nd person in the room. Staff still insisted he was a visitor. I feel this was a scam n staff just trying to make money n pocket it. I stay here often but will not any longer. One particular lady was in the reception was not polite nor friendly.

I like the easy check-in, friendly staff, 24 hour front desk assistance, the private individual parking inside and mostly the quietness. The only thing missing in the unit was a window and a closet, there was nowhere to hang anything up, other than that it was great!
