Muy buen hotel, cómodo, tranquilo, solo el desayuno puede mejorar un poco

I made my reservation through Expedia around 5:30-6:00 a.m. paid for it and it was confirmed by the app that the room was booked, and I received my confirmation to my email at 5:44 a.m. when we arrived at the hotel and provided the reservation’s name, the reception desk clerk said that the reservation was not received and she said that Expedia’s system was having issues and we should contact them because there was nothing she could do. I told her that it was already paid for and Expedia did not give refunds and I was not canceling so it needed to be fixed. She insisted that it was Expedia’s fault and we needed to see if it came through. I tried to contact expedia, but I couldn’t find a phone number so I had to stick with the “virtual agent,” which I give a Zero rating for my issue. Then a second clerk got involved and she saved the day. She made a phone call and got the reservation through. All I can say, this was the third time we use the hotel and this last time was scary, I thought I lost my money. Other than this, the rest of the staff were great, specially the buffet area, very nice people and the food is delicious.

There was a chemical smell and feel in the room. The staff was good. The area was super noisy. Chatting outside the room woke my kid up at 7 am. Church bells woke us up as well. There was a cockroach in the sheets. We didn’t see it until the next day. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Solamente dieron dos toallas por cuarto, no había toalla para las manos ni toalla para el piso.

El cuarto estaba limpio pero la pared tenia demaciada humedad.

The staff was nice and polite. However the room was in bad condition, outdated and needing attention. The top bed cover was heavily stained, power outlets were not easily accessible and the covers were missing. The bathroom was bad lighted, toilet holder was broken and felt eerie. For the price this is not near the condition I was expecting. The pool looked nice but that was not important to us. Would not stay there again.

Ya es la 2nda vez que me quedo y el jacuzzi esta en estado horrible. Si piensan rentar un cuarto con jacuzzi lleven cloro y jabon para limpiarlo por que el personal no lo limpia

This hotel is far from being a good hotel. The bathroom would not flush properly. The sink and shower drain were clogged and water drain very slow. Its located at a main road and you can hear the vehicles driving by all day and night. I also believed this was a family friendly hotel, but it was not. There was some one next to our room that was not family friendly at all. We comtacted the hotel staff about it,and they said there was nothing they can do. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, try another one before you stay here.

El lugar muy limpio , el personal muy amable, lo que no me gustó fue el aire acondicionado dejaba de enfriar y el sanitario no tenía mucha presión al momento de bajarlo

The room was nice and clean, just would of like to have extra pillows, otherwise, it was a nice stay, peacefully. Pools was 👍

The property looks really nice I just wish the rooms were a little cleaner they need a little more attention but everything else was great the food was delicious as well
