Here for Purisima. Nice room. Everything looks new and clean.

I had a disappointing experience with Hotel Casa Rosada in León, Nicaragua. Despite having a confirmed reservation, the owner claimed there were no rooms available upon arrival, citing that I hadn’t made a payment, even though I had cash ready as per his email instructions. He canceled my booking at the last minute, leaving me to find alternative accommodations, which took hours due to the high demand. This situation highlights that the property is unreliable for bookings and undermines trust in the platform. I recommend stricter monitoring of such practices to protect customers from similar inconveniences.
