Un lugar adecuado para vacaciones

Esta muy bonito el hotel

La propiedad muy bien. Expedia un robo. Se me ofreció una estancia del 19 al 24 de junio. Con los números en mi estado de cuenta de Expedia, pagados; 3,534 Por pagar en el hotel: 14,135 El Hotel no recibió pago alguno de Expedia. Implica que Expedia me robó $3,534 Nunca quisieron aceptar y que yo tenía que demostrar que había pagado esa cantidad Tuve que pagarle al hotel. Muy mal expedia

Nice hotel but a little pricy for what it offers...

Un lugar sobrevaluado, muchos detalles de falta de mantenimiento, el baño fatal, la terraza sucia y sin mantenimiento, el personal como si no existiera a la hora de resolver. Neta, es un hotel con especialidad en ignorar a los clientes y hacer que hagan corajes. Todos ignoren al cliente, es el lema del hotel!

Excelente opción

Amazing property! The rooms, the design, the view, everything is great! One of the reception staff (with short hair) was very nice but the rest was rather cold which felt a bit odd. The pool is great, however pool staff allows guests to smoke (weed) in the pool which would put off some of the guests. A shame really but we had overall a great time.

Excellent room private rooftop with jacuzzi, very friendly staff close to the Laguna and city center. Loved it!

Muy comoda y relajada

I was here for about a week and had an excellent stay in one of the double rooms. If you're also someone who values quiet, this is absolutely where you should look in Bacalar. The pool has a perfect view over the lagoon at sunrise and sunset and is minutes from a great swimming spot and the gorgeous ecological park. I was originally worried it would be far from restaurants and the central launch point for a lot of the boat activities, but the longest I ever had to walk was 20 minutes (most things within 10), and cabs are also always an option. The AC in the room worked well and we also liked having a little patio outside. It was very easy to get water every day so no need to buy bottles and the staff were delightful and helpful. The pool is just the right size for relaxing when it gets hot or for watching the stars at night. The restaurant is a solid choice and provided coffee was good quality. I prefer a slightly softer bed, but these were very much in line with what is average in Mexico. Overall, this is a great choice if you prefer to be a little more removed from the party and closer to nature.
