This place is extremely beautiful. The staff there were great, absolutely wonderful to us. I definitely recommend, they will be seeing me again in the near future!

Overall, my boyfriend and I had a good experience during our stay.The management team was very helpful, especially Edgardo and another gentleman with glasses whose name I unfortunately forgot—they both went above and beyond to resolve any issues we encountered. We also appreciated the convenience of being able to store our luggage at the front desk. The complimentary continental breakfast was just okay. It became repetitive quickly, as the options were the same every day. It would be nice to see more variety, such as different styles of eggs, fresh Puerto Rican fruits, and additional choices for guests with dietary needs. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to eat the breakfast provided, so I had to purchase and prepare my own meals. The pool area could use more attention. It wasn’t clean in the mornings—there were visible debris, white particles, and even some trash in the water. Regular cleaning before guest use would greatly improve the experience. The hotel itself is nice, but be aware that it's located directly in front of a highway, and there’s a large billboard overlooking the pool area, which affects the ambiance a bit. On a positive note, I was relieved that there were no bugs or roaches during our stay, and it was reassuring to see professional exterminators maintaining the property.

Overall this is a nice hotel! Very lush and beautiful grounds, the decor and foliage and everything aesthetically looked amazing. Also the service was great. The room was small, but that wasn’t a problem for us. There was a couple of small things that we did find mildly annoying. The keypad to enter the room was hard to use. It was finicky and it took us multiple attempts to get in. Also our tv turned on by itself a couple of times. Overall it was walking distance to the beach and in good condition, we enjoyed it.

Room is very small and their drawers are not working middle of the day they called their maintenance guy and they tried to fixed it but still was unfortunately broken! Location is amazing and parking is safe.Breakfast is good.

Rooms were small, the pool and ambience was amazing. Just as in the pictures.

My daughter and I loved this hotel. It was beautiful. It was very friendly and intimate. The staff is very helpful and pleasant and my daughter, and I will visit again. The beach is across the street, and everything was walking distance.

No face rags, no microwave, poor internet and tv service. Prices at bar to expensive for watered down drinks.

Beautiful property and decor

Pulling in to park can be a litrle tricky. Staff was wonderful. Missing some amenities. You dont expect it to look like it does inside when you walk in. An oasis in the cut.

Everyone was so helpful, place was clean. Close to beach & has so many good restaurants near! Definitely recommend.

Really friend staff and nice property. Not far from alot of places so it’s easy to get to. The breakfast is very basic though so be mindful of that but it tasted good. I’d recommend it!

Nos gusto muchisimo, el staff super atento, cordial y servicial en todos los sentidos. Tenemos que darle a Edgardo un 10/10 su amabilidad, su atencion y sobretodo la información que nos dio sobre los sitios turisticos emblematicos de la Isla para visitar pero sobretodo para conocer y explorar. Gravias nuestra estadia en BALI fue excepcional
