The staff were very helpful to us in many ways. We needed some help figuring out the safe. We asked for some different pillows not so high. We also asked for a heater. They responded very quickly. They also prepared a box breakfast for our early morning departure. It has a unique decor which we found delightful. Great location close to the main square.

La struttura é un po’ datata, per quanto riguarda le camere inferiore a 4 stelle; meglio invece l’aerea comune e ristorante. Internet funzionante, posizione centrale.

Hotel ubicado a unos metros de la plaza de armas en Puno. Excelente ubicación. El hotel antiguo está en perfectas condiciones. Fue una estancia muy agradable de dos noches. El desayuno es mejor que en otros hoteles.

Hotel muy bonito, con amplias habitaciones, muy bien situado, con un desayuno correcto, te dejan un radiador en la habitación y tienen neverita, tenias varias chimeneas con leña, el personal servicial.

En general estuvo bien la estadía. La relación precio/beneficio no es buena. Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas debería ofrecer mejores desayunos y en términos generales mejores comodidades

The common areas were freezing cold. They used outdoor propane heaters in the dining room which is very dangerous and ineffective. The beef which I ordered medium was almost raw. The cook could be heard screaming in the kitchen which made me not want to bother sending it back. They undercharged us and then called our next hotel to ask them to tell us we owed them money instead of reaching out to us. It was their error and of course we paid the balance due but they implied that we skipped out which was awkward.

For the cost hotel was very good - clean and great location.

We prepaid and then they demanded that we pay them again at the end of our stay. It was too early in the morning to fight and we were running late for our flight from Julliaca. The desk person was worthless. We will have to notify Travelocity about the problem and get a refund. Good location, but there are better.

The rooms was great and the staff was amazing. Good breakfast. The walls of the rooms were a bit humid though and a bit more thorough cleaning was needed

Beautiful, interesting decor. There’s an elevator which is essential at that altitude. The room was comfortable. My issues were with the lack of attention to detail. There was one hand towel and bath towel and we were short on shampoo. After arriving really late and leaving for our tour at 5:50 am, there was no time to address this. The boxed breakfast left much to be desired. The positive was that the front desk personnel were very personable.

Great stay in Puno at this hotel. The breakfasts were great and we also had one meal there. Location was perfect, right on the main square and as we had a car the parking was a bonus
