We absolutely loved our stay here. The property is beautiful, clean, and incredibly comfortable—we truly fell in love with it. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the reception team was extremely helpful. The location is slightly away from main attractions, but still very convenient. Tram 28 is within walking distance, and Bolt rides are quick and easy, so getting around is not an issue at all. We stayed twice during our trip. The first time we stayed in a one-bedroom on first floor. It was spacious with high ceilings and a beautiful layout. The only downside was having just one mirror in the bathroom, which made getting ready a bit inconvenient. Our flight got canceled, so we rebooked here again. The second apartment (second floor) was slightly smaller but very pretty, with a charming small balcony. It also had multiple mirrors, which was a big plus. A few small suggestions: basic cooking essentials (oil, salt, sugar, pepper), lotion/hand cream, and cloth clips for drying laundry would be helpful. That said, everything else was amazing—great toiletries, washing machine, filtered water, grocery right outside, and many breakfast spots nearby. If I come back to Lisbon, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Highly recommended!

The staff was very helpful and made the check-in and check out process simple. Building was very nice and clean. Room was great for a the large group of us, with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and the pullout couch. That being said, a large group on the top floor posed a bit of a challenge with the 2 person elevator. Getting everyone and their luggage up and down from the 5th floor was slightly inconvenient. Location provided a lovely view of Lisbon from many private balconies and was only a short Uber ride to the downtown area. A great place overall!

Fabulous relaxing apartment with ample room. We booked it as a couple but there was a sofa bed in the huge living room. Really well equipped with coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine. 100m from metro with links to mainline stations to places of interest. The only negative was the

Fantastic 3 bedroom top flop apartment with private terrace and views, 24 hour reception, great staff, handy location. Internally the apartment is spacious with large living room, full kitchen with washing machine and 3 bathrooms. A lift makes luggage and access easy. Highly recommend !!!

Love this place, home away from home. Staffs are super helpful and friendly. Apartment is clean and lovely ☺️ will come back again!

An outstanding apartment with clean and fresh modern decor, all the facilities you could need and excellent staff on hand for anything. We had a minor panic over the unusual coffee pods (delta rather than Nespresso) but we found these in the nearby Lidl. Overall an excellent stay.

Great stay and property! Well equipped and wonderfully clean and tidy. Great for access to metro and transport links. Staff attentive and gave lovely little touches like the welcome basket we received and bottle of wine. 24 hour access and reception. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for our wonderful stay

The flat is clean, staffs are friendly. There are few supermarket and cafes nearby. The flats provides a welcome baskets too.

The apartment had all the amenities which was nice. It was cleaned well however the carpets and furniture could use a steam clean. The staff are friendly. We were on the forth floor and had a few nights of interrupted sleep due to noise from above. If you choose to stay here I would suggest asking for the top floor. Also we paid a hefty sum for our stay and booked through Expedia. We wanted to check out two days early and even though Expedia agreed the hotel would not refund the payment for the unused days as I paid in advance. For this reason I will use other accommodations on my return trips. Lisbon is beautiful and there are many lovely areas in the city to stay. Enjoy!!!

Gorgeous apartment, very nice big welcome gift,lovely lobby with quick grab supplies, would stay hear again But we chose this property with a high expectation of AC throughout. There is AC but the staff in lobby controls it for temperature and when it gets turned on & off which is not acceptable as a guest. There are individual remote controls for each AC unit but they do not work staff controls. It asked for AC on but it got turned off during the night and never turned back on as we requested!! That is no where in listing description. Not acceptable

Our family of four had a delightful two-night stay at this charming, beautifully decorated hotel. Their two bedroom is very spacious and had everything we needed. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We encountered a minor issue with the air conditioning, but the staff promptly explained that it temporarily shuts off when the water heater is in use. With this insight, we easily adjusted our hot-shower schedules to ensure the AC could run effectively, and the issue was resolved quickly. Overall, a wonderful experience we’d happily repeat!
