Stayed there last year and experience was great. But this time around we had bad luck. Room in basement had quite a few spiders and leftover food in the fridge. We did ask for another room but all thy had wasn’t what we were looking for. So we canceled our stay. Staff was great tho. They didn’t give us any hard time to refund our money. The lady working at the other hotel we ended up staying said she was surprised to hear our experience that usually this place was a great place to stay. So like I said at the start. I’m guessing we just had a bad luck for our stay. At least they did try to accommodate us and staff was very friendly and reasonable.

Clean property on a golf course. We stayed here multiple times and would stay again. Breakfast is limited and is bag style.

Room updated and nice and clean. Handy par 3 golf on site. Convenient complimentary breakfast cause no restaurant. Gorgeous hillside view.

Beauriful place to stay. Loved having our choices for breakfast delivered to our room the night before. The only improvement could be making sure there is a cable or receiver available in the room to allow the TV to work.

The room was so nice and clean. Lots of amenities. Very comfortable. The jets didn’t work in the jacuzzi, but they gave a really good refund to make up for it. I would highly recommend Terrace Suites!

Place was beautiful, much better then I expected, we had a great view of Nippising off from balcony and golf course off back balcony. Bed and pillows were comfortable, room was very clean, jacuzzi was great. The to go breakfast was so so but it won't deter us from going again. Overall great place

They nice set up. The only suggestion I would make is that they move the in room refrigerator, which is slightly noisy to a part of the room that is not right next to the bed.

A suite is a bonus for a longer stay & balconies back & front were appreciated. Comfy bed & updated bathroom. Everything you need if a bit dated.

We had booked a large room with a separate bedroom and whirlpool tub. The tub was in the kitchenette and living area which was weird. The fire alarm battery was chirping when we arrived. We went to the front desk to replace it, but it still was chirping with the new battery so we just took it out and let the front desk person know. The included breakfast needed to be ordered the night before and would not be available to be delivered until 9am and we needed to leave at 8am. No bar or restaurant on the property and the recommended restaurant by the same owner was 15 minutes away. We did eat there, it was expensive but very high quality meal.

We had the one bedroom suite with the jacuzzi tub. The room was super spacious! Super friendly staff. The sunset view from the room and the outdoor seating area was spectacular! Breakfast is pre-packaged items that you heat up in your microwave. If you want an early start to your day, ask to have it delivered the night before and you can put it in your fridge, as they normally only deliver for 9am. There is a beach just 1km away, but not walking friendly as you have to walk on a busy road. Some highway noise if your windows are open, or AC noise if you close the windows.

Staff was friendly and accommodating, room was well stocked, air conditioner had room nice and cool upon arrival. Great experience will definitely be back, a real hidden gem at a great price to boot
