Our stay at the resort felt like stepping into a dream we didn’t want to wake up from. From the moment we arrived, everything seemed designed for quiet romance and effortless comfort. The staff welcomed us with genuine warmth, and it set the tone for the entire experience. Waking up beside my girlfriend to the soft morning light and the sound of nature just outside our balcony was something special. We spent slow mornings sipping tea with a view that didn’t feel real, and unhurried afternoons exploring the grounds, finding little pockets of beauty everywhere, hidden gardens, serene pools, and perfect spots to just sit together and exist. What made it unforgettable wasn’t just the luxury (though everything—from the room to the food—was exceptional), but how easy it was to feel connected. Whether we were sharing quiet dinners at CARVE meatery, or laughing over nothing in particular, the resort created a space where time slowed down and everything else faded away. If you’re looking for a place to reconnect, celebrate love, or simply escape the noise of everyday life with someone who matters deeply to you, this is it. We left with full hearts, incredible memories, and already talking about when we can come back.

Excellent place to stay! The property is beautiful, the proximity to a wonderful golf course is awesome, delicious breakfast in the Carve, great sitting areas outside with fire tables. The only negative would be bedding could be upgraded. This place has excellent staff.

We stayed one night at the resort. The resort is beautiful, clean and modern with spacious rooms and comfortable beds & pillows.The grounds of the resort are wonderful. Loved the outdoor fireplace. The food at the Carve Restaurant was Delicious. Will stay again.

Very comfortable rooms. Quiet on our floor. Had the exercise room to ourselves both mornings that we went. Had a great spa treatment, lovely spa. Enjoyed happy hour in the restaurant. Love the cookies that are provided at turn down service in the evening.

Resort is very clean, staff are extremely friendly, its very pet friendly, rooms are spacious, bathrooms are luxurious, amenities are great, & Carve serves delicious food

A great restaurant

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We took advantage of the resort facilities, including the spa and golf course. The pool area is limited to a shallow swimming pool and small hot tub. It is a family friendly resort so the hot tub was crowded most of the time. We enjoyed the outside seating area with gas firepits. Velocity served great pub food and beverages at a reasonable price after a round of golf. We did find the hotel quite loud throughout the night. Our room faced the water and road (very limited ocean view in the distance) so if we booked again we would request the golf course side.

One of the nicest Hotels I’ve had the pleasure of staying at!! Everything about this place is 10 out of 10. Professional and friendly staff ( thank you Tamara!) beautiful grounds, nicely furnished and comfortable rooms, and exceptionally great food (both dinner & lunch) If in Campbell River, this is definitely the place to stay. Beautiful resort!!

We loved our experience! From checking in (such sweet staff) to the incredible view and bed. The spa is incredible, best facial I’ve ever had. We will be repeat guests for sure!!

Good food comfy bed lovely facility!

Beautiful new resort with very friendly staff and perfect amenities for a family. The pool is indoor and very warm - nice for rainy weather but also sun with the big windows. We lived our executive suite and the housekeeping was awesome. We also brought our dog and she felt very welcome. I got a facial at the spa which wasn’t the best - I was expecting more facial massage - but other than that perfect stay!

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a very long time. I’m not one to ever write reviews, but I was blown away by everything offered by this hotel.
