The room (and house) was clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is shared access to a fully equipped kitchen, living room, and bathroom by 3 guest rooms. A very quiet house and neighbourhood. Wonderful place to stay at an unbeatable price.

Owners gave excellent instructions and the area and room were perfect for my night

I like that it was very nicely laid out, very clean, rooms had code locks, close to shoping and dining options, it was a nice quiet location and also quuet accommodations.

property was nearly new so it was in good condition and very clean ! The area is so new that the survey data has not been submitted to Garmin, this was not the fault of the landlord but it was a problem for me as I do not have a smartphone.

The unit was very clean, the beds were comfy and warm. the basement gets a little chilly but it’s wasn’t that bad, and the blankets did their job. thank you again for the wonderful stay!

nice place to stay close from everything

Clean

The entire space had a very unpleasant smell, like heavy body odour (though it was superficially clean). It is in an isolated area. There appeared to be upstairs tenants, who were quite loud. You could hear them coming up and down the stairs often. The other guests argued and spoke loudly on their phones, pacing in the common area. More than once, they flickered the lights outside my room on and off, over and over. This went on until at least 1 am. The whole experience was very sketchy. I used the shared bathroom only briefly, and left as quickly as possible. I would have honestly felt safer in a hostel.

The place was fantastic but someone was on their phone or tv in living room till 1am and again at 6, 630 and 7. Also a barky dog at several times of the evening and morning. I beleive all this was a guest.
