Allt var bra förutom att rummet var för varmt när vi anlände. Stod inställt på 24 gr och handdukstorken var het. Vi kunde dra ner på värmen, så det blev skönt under natten, men hotellets agerande är inte hållbart.

It is such a a wonderfully located hotel in the heart of Beautiful Sibiu. The views from my windows were spectacular! The staff was welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

Buena atencion! Pero tuvimos un problema! Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que iban a arreglar algo en la regadera! Asi que nos salimos para que la arreglaran, cuando llegamos 2 horas despues ya estaba arreglado, pero dejaron la puerta completamente abierta, se veian nuestras maletas desde el pasillo! Nada nos falto pero eso no deberia ocurrir

Fantastisch hotel op een paar minuten lopen van het centrum . Ontbijt met veel keuze . Ook wordt eea aangevuld. Helaas ook hier geen vers brood/verse broodjes . Zou hier zeker weer verblijven.

Great helpful staff, good location close to whatever you wish to do, and parking not as bad as noted. Enjoy your stay!

Perfekt läge och prisvärt! Rent, prydligt och extra bonus med den lilla uteplatsen där jag kunde sitta i eftermiddagssolen. Frukosten hade allt man kan önska sig/något för alla! Kommer absolut boka igen nästa gång jag kommer till Sibiu!

Sehr zentral und gleichzeitig ruhig gelegen, hoteleigenes Mietauto (sehr praktisch!), tolles authentisches Frühstück, buchbare Massage im Hotel. Wir haben unsere Zeit in diesem Hotel sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

We had a small issue with the air conditioning at rm 107. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Great hotel, right in the center of Sibiu. Very comfy bed, super quiet at night. The staff were super friendly and helpful. And the avocado toast for breakfast was delicious. Highly recommended!

Great hotel, comfortable beds, close to old town.

Close To everything. Hotel was perfect in every way. Just need to find a parking space which is a bit of challenge in medieval Village but otherwise everything perfect.

This is a lovely hotel, conveniently located, with a feast as breakfast, accommodating any diet. The room was clean and comfortable. I really loved the atmosphere in the yard, where they have tables and umbrellas, and sift jazz music in the background. Highly recommended!!!

Beautiful property. It was a great stay and the location was wonderful. One big miss for the property though was not having blackout curtains.

Lovely large room. Had a kettle and coffee, tea, water. Excellent shower. Breakfast had a number of options. Cannot park right outside for more than a moment, but it’s just a short walk. There are some steps to navigate inside the hotel even with an elevator.

The hotel is truly beautiful and offers an excellent breakfast, which we greatly appreciated. However, we found that some important details fell short of the expectations typically associated with a four-star property. Specifically: 1. Used water bottles, drinking glasses, and vanity amenity sets were not replenished during our stay. Similarly, teas, coffees, and other in-room refreshments were not restocked. 2. The bed was not properly made; rather, the duvet was simply pulled up, and the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned — only the towels were refolded. 3. Some rooms lacked sufficient lighting at the entrance and wardrobe area, making it difficult to see and organize clothing. 4. Rooms did not provide a luggage rack, making it inconvenient to manage our belongings. 5. Lastly, the room ventilation was poor, and we were left needing to sleep with the window open, which unfortunately led to me becoming unwell by the end of our stay. While we truly enjoyed certain aspects of our visit, addressing these basic service standards would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
