The hotel in general and the room as well were excellent. Clean and modern. The room had all the amenities anyone would need. The staff I dealt with were excellent. They speak English very well and were very helpful.

Great place to act as our spring board for a quick stay. We were sorry we could not stay longer

Amazing hotel. Very friendly stuff. Everybody speaks English. The room is really clean and nicely furnished. Good quality mattress. Breakfast is outstanding. It’s a buffet style and the selection of dishes is really impressive. Should I ever return to Bialystok I will definitely stay at Opera again

Yes i a hostel but have everything you need to stay at night. I have big beds, tv,small windows out to street. Bathroom and wc in corridor but this is no problem. If i need use again for night i will.Thank you

Welcoming front desk staff, nice room with very comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Breakfast had a lot of different options to choose from and everything was very tasty and fresh.

Litt utenfor sentrum, men kun en liten spasertur. Vannkoker på rom, men kun te, kaffen måtte kjøpes i restaurant. Hyggelige damer i resepsjon, parkering i garasje til overkommelig pris, kunne stått gratis utenfor, men ønsket garasje. Kiosk rett ved med noen dagligvarer, sushirestaurant rett forbi kiosken med meget god mat.

I really liked this hotel. The staff is friendly, the bed is comfortable, the shower is great, and it is generally quiet. Outside parking is plentiful, safe and inexpensive. The harsh room lighting can be subdued with a shirt over the lampshade. Highly recommended!

Friendly receptionists. I was given some interesting details about Bialystok as a city. Since it was a weekend I was able to park my motorcycle directly outside the hotel door, very convenient.

Rigtig pænt nyrenoveret hotel og der var billigt. Det ligger også tæt på centrum og med fin parkering i kælderen. Kan kun anbefales. Byen virker også hyggelig, men desværre regnede det medens jeg var der, så det fik vi ikke fuld glæde af, men det er jo ikke hotellets skyld
