My husband and I stayed here for one night in a double queen room and really enjoyed our stay. The room was huge with a beautiful view from the floor to ceiling windows. There was a dog bed , bowl, treats, ball and poop bags in the room for our dog. The bathroom had a heated floor, large shower , 2 sinks, lighted mirror and all the usual amenities .Very quiet - never heard a sound from other guests. The continental breakfast covered all the basics and was delicious especially the French Toast ! There were lots of tea and coffee options as well as hot chocolate in the room. Took our dog to breakfast with us in the lobby which was spacious with lovely views. There was a gym, hot tub and spa facilities which we did not use. Robes and slippers supplied and lots of towels and blankets. There was a games room on our floor with lots of books and games available. We had supper at Fin Folk food restaurant ( just a short walk from the hotel ) where we were allowed to take our dog .....they took her picture and hung on the wall of fame for dogs !! The food and service was good ....we had a great time. Everyone at the hotel and restaurant were very nice and helpful . We will definitely be returning ! .....and yes the room was spotless !

Blackbush Resort is a fantastic weekend getaway. Calm, clean and friendly. Room was like a relaxing space to enjoy and feel comfortable. The soaker tub was amazing and the vibe is complete relaxation. We will be back. Also staff was wonderful.

The hotel is beautifully maintained, lovely artwork and furnishings and is a really awesome retreat- great spa facilities. We found the staff to be beyond helpful and kind. We will be back!

Amazing place , staff and next level experience !!! True getaway !!!… can’t say enough about Blackbush !!! Our second time there And can’t wait to get back !! Only critique .. the TV .. strich a Roku steaming service , with virtually no network options … I know it’s a getaway and tv should not be yo ur focus , but as the room has a 65” high def tv , it would be nice to have better tv service ..,just saying . Besides this , blackbush is an exceptional property and not too be missed !!! Love it Darren and Suzanne Halifax , Nova Scotia
