Las habitaciones son limpias, sin embargo hay mosquitos, muchos mosquitos. El area del restaurante sumamente sucia, llena de mosquitos los desayunos sin sabor, el personal te atienden de mala gana. La alberca sucia, el jacuzzi lleno de arena. Entiendo que es una zona de reserva natural, porque eso nos dijo el personal, pero creo que algo pueden hacer para evitar tantos mosquito, es algo horrible que no puedes ni desayunar en esa área. Los baños que están cerca del restaurante sucios, abandonados y llenos de moscos.

Clean room with AC , delicious breakfast included, nice size clean pool. There's always someone in the lobby for all your needs. Close to beach, Holbox letters, delicious restaurants and groceries stores. Everyone was so friendly.

Goed verblijf in dit centraal gelegen hotel. Kamer was prachtig, op enkele details (make up spiegel, föhn niet standaard in kamer, wel via receptie) na. Het ontbijt is niet heel uitgebreid als je langer dan een paar nachten verblijft. Soms wat geluidsoverlast door evenementen op het plein ernaast, maar was niet super storend voor ons. Zwembad water leek niet heel schoon en was troebel, maar wij lagen vooral op het strand dat prachtig is (geen zeegras toen wij er waren). Al met al een heel fijn verblijf.

The breakfast was really good but we missed half of them because they wouldn't pack a to-go breakfast when we were leaving early. Other hotels will do that. The workers at breakfast were very nice, however. Also, the room was nice and the air conditioning cold, the mattress was amazing, but there was not a single table or any chairs in the room. We had to play cards on the bed. The towels were nice and big, especially the beach towels. I would not use the pool as there were multiple raccoons around it at night, and we wondered about them pooping and peeing right by the pool. Finally, the hotel was very quiet and in a very convenient location.

Charming property! Really felt like we were part of the town, since we were right in the middle of it! Easy walk to the beach, delicious restaurants all around, great pool & pretty quiet at night.

Fue una experiencia increíble, sin duda nos sorprendieron las habitaciones estaban preciosas bien decoradas y con suficientes insumos de shampoo, enjuague y jabón que cabe recalcar con un aroma delicioso… Además de esto nos incluyó desayuno, estaba riquísimo y fue suficiente para estar satisfechos Puedes elegir entre chilaquiles, huevitos y fruta me parece, además de contar con jugo, café y fruta de temporada Tiene una muy buena ubicación, súper cerquita de la playa, eso sí considera tomar un taxi desde el ferry hasta tu hotel si no quieres terminar empapado en sudor por la humedad y más si vienes cargando con maletas grandes Solo como observación la alberca se veía un poquito deteriorada, está bien, pero hay varios pisos sueltos que arreglar lo que hace que no se vea limpia, sin embargo si se puede disfrutar 💛 Holbox nunca decepciona, recomiendo mucho este lugar para descansar!

La ubicación es muy buena. A mi gusto solo un poco más amplio el menú del desayuno. Pero muy bonito y pintoresco

Location was great! Room was very clean as well as pool. Staff were always friendly and ready to help. Only thing that could be improved is more water filters around the hotel as a few times it would be empty fast but staff were very good at refilling it as soon as we told them. Thanks so much for the stay!

We love El Pueblito! It’s our home away from home! So beautiful and welcoming, and the location in the heart of Holbox is amazing.

L’hôtel, en général, est dans un état moyen. Il manque de peinture sur les trottoirs, la piscine est bien mais il manque des tuiles de céramique et le jacuzzi fonctionne une journée sur deux. Le personnel a l’accueil est sympathique mais le reste des employés nous ignorent. Il nous a fallu changer de chambre car la première qui donnait sur la rue était TRÈS bruyante même après la fin du carnaval. Le petit déjeuner qui est servi n’est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Peu de choix et la qualité est défaillante. Le jeune homme, seul, pour servir le petit dej peine à fournir et nous sommes chanceux si on a un sourir ou une salutation. Les chambres sont propres et la literie est confortable. Un séjour décevant.
