Clean room but awful experience. Terrible management. No information provided, no reception, nobody to speak to, no contact info. Called over 10+ times, no answer. Had to walk the streets for 2.5 hours to trying to find someone to help me check in, went to 5 of their buildings all located 15-20 minutes away, most were empty, no managerial staff present, no reception staff around. Absolutely useless. I had to drag all of my luggage around, lost my jacket & ripped my bag in the process. Never again. Absolutely awful management. No compensation, no apology. Over 8 people had the same situation. Never experienced anything like it. The expectation for your customers to go on a wild goose chase around Madrid, awful.

Excellent place to stay in Madrid. Clean, modern. Comfy beds & so quiet being on the university campus. About 25 minutes walk to Charmartin too

Der angebotene Pool ist in dieser Unterkunft nicht vorhanden. Es gibt nur einen anderen in der gleichen Straße, das geht natürlich gar nicht, ich habe extra Unterkünfte mit Pool gefiltert. Die unterkunft ist recht weit entfernt vom Zentrum, mit Öffis muss man zeitig zurück und mehrfach umsteigen. Die Klimaanlage war jeden Abend aus, das Zimmer hatte dann ca. 30 Grad Celsius. Mit einem Neustart über die Sicherung bekam man sie dann wieder in Gang, aber es dauert natürlich, bis es sich abkühlt. Miniportion Duschgel in Wegwerfverpackung ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Der „Garten“ ist ein Innenhof mit einigen qm Kunstrasen. Die Email zum einchecken ist unzureichend. Ansonsten sind die Zimmer modern und zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

綺麗で清潔で、お値段以上に良かったです。地下鉄までは歩いて10分くらいです。 日曜日に宿泊したら、フロントの人は近くのスーパーは休みだと言ってたんですけど、歩いて7、8分の線路を越えたところにあるスーパーは開いてました。 1階に広々なキッチンはありますが、食器がないのが残念でした。レンジはあります。 売店は無人でアプリを入れないと買えない仕組みなのもちょっと不便に感じました。 ですが、総合的にも良い施設です。

Heel nieuw complex in principe bedoeld voor studenten (bijv uit t buitenland) om in te wonen tijdens hun studie. Maar het is mogelijk om hier een kamer te huren. Alles ziet er heel netjes en schoon (nog erg leeg wellicht) uit! Een min punt was het feit dat we een twee-persoonsbed (twijfelaar) hadden maar slechts 1 lang en dun kussen. Verwarrend was ook dat we volgens de beschrijving van het hotel een salto app zouden moeten downloaden en dat we dan een elektronische key zouden ontvangen. De receptie was echter gelukkig 24u bezet.

Solo deben tener en consideración que los servicios como limpieza y aseo se pueden incluir como algo adicional a la hora de contratar el servicio, el servicio es orientado a un campus estudiantil por lo que es comprensible que no todo esté incluido como en un hotel regular
