The property was awful to find. It was down an alleyway and the numbers were not marked clearly on the building. There was no elevator like there said there was. We were not told which apartment we were staying in and had to figure it out. Had to climb 4 flights of turning narrow stairs with luggage. Inside the apartment was nice enough. The worst thing was we got mugged right outside the building trying to find it. During the mugging I got pushed down on the concrete. We spent the next day in the hospital and I ended up with a fractured pelvis. Our trip was cut short by a week due to this. I would not recommend this apartment as it is not in a safe location. Barcelona is beautiful but unfortunately their crime rate is high and nothing is done about it.

Everything was perfekt. The check should be improved. The keys were in a building which was 1 km away from the apartment which was quite trying. Other than that everything was perfect

We had a nice stay. Both the area and apartment was nice. Host was helpful when needed.

Great location and staff communication was amazing. Let us do early check in which was appreciated. Nice coffee shops and markets around the corner

⸻ La experiencia fue muy negativa. La comunicación con el anfitrión fue nula, nos dieron direcciones erroneas luego tuvimos que caminar a llegar a otro lugar. el lugar no era lo que parecía el aire acondicionado no enfriaba en fin no todo fue una buena experiencia.
