The room was super clean and charming. The location to the theaters was perfect. I paid for two nights but only stayed one. The room was too hot. When the AC was turned on, it blew directly on my head while in bed. After putting my head at the foot of the bed I was able to get more comfortable. Outside of the window was a street light. While the foot traffic came to an end early, the diesel trucks did not. I could hear the trucks well into the early morning hours. I had to check to make sure the window was shut. I could hear everything through the window. Maybe it wasn’t sealed properly? Apple Watch said I got three hours of sleep. Miserable. I left after my play on Monday. Didn’t stay Monday night and missed a play on Tuesday. There was no one on the property to talk with. Ok if you’re not a light sleeper. Not sure how the other rooms are. Mine was “The Room”. Also- parking is not near the hotel and I could not access the back entry door, just the one in the front of the building.

The room is beautiful, comfortable and exactly as advertised. No amenities (except Pod Coffee for the morning) are included but there are plenty of shops around. Staff was super helpful with access when the email was not received to provide the code to enter (seems the email was deleted by accident). Would definitely recommend staying here!

Directions to parking (address instead of just telling you it's a block and a half away) would go a long way

Very clean, cozy and vibrant space - great for hanging out. Walking distance to shops, cafes, and the theatre. Will stay again.

The Swann room is always PERFECT!

Nice place to stay in Stratford. Like other similar properties, parking is offsite but manageable. Nice people managing it.
